Repair/Routine maintenance including carrying out daily check of addressable fire alarm system located at OTM Complex and Sport Complex installed with EST make. The contractor shall carryout maintenance only through OEM/OES service provider of approved Edward representative in order to readdress detectors in monthly basis and recomissioing of detectors frequently, The service also need to be included in the Scope of work: (i) The period of the AMC shall be for a period as per MES Contract. (ii) The Frequency and scope of visits to the site for routine or scheduled maintenance visits will be quarterly. (iii) A supervised fire drill shall be carried out as per client requirement. (iv) A Service Engineer will report to site, within 4 – 8 working hours, from the Time of Complaint Logging. (v) Any work, deemed outside the scope of the AMC, shall be charged extra. (vi) Training to the User Team will be given Half –Yearly based on Client requirement. (vii) In case of any failure of material/Components, Suitable components will be replaced on chargeable basis. (viii) Device cleaning will be done by SIGA – Pro as per OEM, and maintenance Date will be changed as per standard for the Dirty Devices.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning cast iron body, ISI marked, BUTTERFLY VALVE 150 mm dia as per IS 13095, ISI Marked with necessary fittings as per specification. Details : The Butterfly valve shall suitable for waterworks and tested to minimum of 20 kg/cm2 pressure. The body shall of cast iron conforming to IS:210 in circular shape and of high strength to take the minimum water pressure of 10kg/cm2 . The disk shall be heavy duty cast iron with anticorrosive epoxy or nickel coating for the following sizes : Notes :- (i) The valve seat shall be of high grade elastomer or nitrile rubber. The valve in closed position shall have complete contact between the seat and the disc thoughout the perimeter. The elastomer rubber shall have a long life & shall not give away on continuous water pressue. The shaft shall be on EN 8 grade carbon steel. (ii) the valve shall be fitted between two flanges on upper side of pipe flanges.
