Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 40mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-fixing of old steel tubing and connection in new or old position as in walls/celing/floors etc bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Old pipe obtained from item No 1 here-in-before shall be re-used after cleaning).

Re-fixing of old steel tubing and connection in new or old position as in walls/celing/floors etc bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Old pipe obtained from item No 2 here-in-before shall be re-used after cleaning).

Supply and fixing 15mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celing or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 20mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celing or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 25mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celing or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 40mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celing or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 40mm bore Gun-Metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed down both end for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if reqd) Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if reqd) Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) exc 250 ltr but néxc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) exc 500 ltr but néxc 1000 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top three layer) hoisted and fixed in position incl 20 mm dia bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with polythene float and fly nut minimum weight 210 gm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item No 18.00 but capacity 1000 ltr

Demolition of cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping fair and even complete all as specified of average thickness 40mm and laid in slope 1:40 over roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete roof surface with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC as supply only shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof surfaces with one coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised grade conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirmaing to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm applying water proofing treatment on roof surfaces as 3mm thick APP. modified membrane (minimum 3.0 Kg weight/Sqm) with overlaps 100mm on side lap (lenght side) and 100 mm on end lap (the width side) having centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, outer film is 20 micron each and applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over APP membrane as per manufacturer's instructions & laying of membrane by manufacturer's rep all as specified. Note:- 20% payment will be kept reserve which will be released only after satisfactory ponding test.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Endura cool roof SRI tiles of size 300x300 mm, 10mm thick laid over 15mm thick bedding in CM (1:4) joints grouted and flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and laabour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick stone masonry/concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even up to 10.00 mtr height with W.P.C. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC as supply shall be measured and paid seprately.

Meterial and labour for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in platform to PVC water tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashla facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for square rubble walling Jodhpur type regular course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in 5mm thick CM 1:4 with WPC over 10 mm thick CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
