Demolition brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 03 above, but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall including demolition of existing brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering on celing surface in cement mortar 1:3 mixed surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from wall upto brick work or plaster surface by electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces finally rubbed and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
