FALGY Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above existing compound wall in cement mortar (1:4) including required scaffolding, cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials & men etc., complete

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights, narrow bands, widths and where ever required etc., including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Demolishing damaged brick / RR work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material out side the HSL premises etc., complete all as directed.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 in coping concrete in nominal mix using 12 / 20 mm graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour and required scaffolding etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and providing glass pieces over the coping concrete in systamatic manner to restrict the access of people etc., complete

Description of Work / Item(s)

Note: 1. The price as offered quoted by the bidder towards Taking out of tree girths and branches including cleaning of the entire open area as per Sl. No. of Enclosure-2 i.e Schedule-A (scope of work) shall be adjusted / deducted from the bill payment further this shall also will be consider whist evaluation of the L1 bidder 2. Please note that the amount as quoted shall bge adjusted / deducted from the bill amount .

Taking out of tree girths and branches including cleaning of the entire open area on 'As is where is' basis (Contractor has to pay amount for taking out the tree girths and barnches) and remove and dispose the waste material like rubbish, garbage etc., materials outside the HSL premises to private dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by Muncipal authorities / from any body. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed.
