OD29177/2023-2024:Annual Maintenance Contract of the 110 TR water cooled DX Chiller includes:- 1. Check and render preventive maintenance service to all the equipment every 3 month. ie, four times in an year through M/s Blue Star Limited. 2. Attend all breakdown calls Each Service will include:- a. Checking the functioning of Chillier Units/ AHU Unit/ FCU Units/ Pumps/ Cooling Towers/ Controls and all other equipment connected with the Chillier machines b. Free replacing of defective/ worn out parts with new or repaired parts of Compressor/ Thermostat / Cut outs. c. Repairing of equipment at site/ service station as the case may be d. Descaling of condensers/ chemical cleaning of evaporator coils/ replacement of pre filters. e. Checking of compressor for its proper functioning f. Annual pumping down and re-starting as and when needed g. Checking of Microprocessor control panel, Control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/ Condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary. h. Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear.

OD29178/2023-2024:Operation of chiller plant at Govt TDMCH, Vandanam .Always keep all installations in good working order including rectifying minor faults noticed in chiller ,AHU and FCU system. The contractor shall employ at least one qualified mechanic in one shift. But the contractor is liable to engage his labor to replace any spares/components supplied by the department.

OD29179/2023-2024:Disconnecting the electrical connection from the starter to motor , removing the coupling bolt and foundation bolt , lifting the motor/pump , convey the motor to workshop by vehicle and unloading etc as required .( 10HP/15HP/25HP motor/pump)

OD29180/2023-2024:Charges for conveying back the repaired motor to pump house, fitting in position, coupling with pump , checking correct alignment , giving connection and trial run etc.

OD29181/2023-2024:Charges for dismantling 25 HP motor into stator and rotor, removing the whole burnt out coil of the stator winding by cutting and pulling after loosening the buding wires , cleaning the slots cleaning with petrol insulating the slots with best quality insulating material, making coils ,rewinding the whole stator coils with super inamelled seperior quality copper winding wire of existing guage, winding , shaping etc providing fibre wedges, soldering , sleeving, connecting providing fresh lead wires etc heating varnishing using good quality insulating varnish baking crating to get the required magnitude of I R value and making the stator winding in good working condition (Dismantled copper scrap need not be ret
