Heightening of cable trays of special design and replacement of faulty copper control cables at 220/66/11kV Receiving Station, Begur, Chamarajanagara Division under TTK basis

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Should have carried out work of construction of atleast one (01)No. of 33kV class or above voltage class Substation or any additional transformer work in the existing Substation or provided atleast one(01) No. of 33kV class or above voltage class Terminal Bay along with all connected equipments or carried out similar nature of work on Total Turnkey or Partial Turnkey basis, in the last 10 years and shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid. OR Should have carried out erection of atleast Two (02)No. of 33kV class or above voltage class additional transformer work in the existing Substation on labour contract basis or provided atleast Two(02) No. of 33kV class or above voltage class Terminal Bay along with all connected equipments on labour contract basis in the last 10 years and shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid. OR Bidder who have executed Additional Transformer works of private firms under the direct supervision of ESCOM/KPTCL officers are eligible to participate. Such bidder should have carried out Should have carried out erection of atleast Two (02)No. of 33kV class or above voltage class additional transformer work in the existing Substation on Total turnkey or partial turnkey basis in last 10 years and shall be completed and commissioned prior to date of submission of the Bid. The documentary proof of fulfilling the qualifying requirements in support of 3.2(b) shall be uploaded along with the bid. The bidder shall upload the P.O, LOI/LOA, DWA, Work done certificates, Performance Certificates issued by the end users not below the rank of Executive/Divisional Engineer along with the bid.

The Tenderer/Bidder shall possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka

Litigation: The Tenderer shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any party or JV/Consortium partner may result in rejection of bid

The Tenderer/bidder should not have been Blacklisted/disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening. Then in such cases, the offer of the bidder will be summarily rejected

Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE(T&P)/SEE Tr. Circle have issued notices in respect of ongoing works in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk and Cost clause and where the work is not completed/charged. Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE(T&P)/SEE Tr. Circle have issued notices in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk and Cost clause and where the work is completed by KPTCL entrusting it to some other agency. Wherein the works awarded by KPTCL to the Tenderer/bidder has been short closed invoking Clause Nos. 49.7 & 49.8 of Conditions of Contract (Contractors default) then the bidder shall not be eligible if such short closure has been initiated within 6 months prior to the last date of bid submission of this tender. Note However, if the Tenderer/bidder after issue of Risk and Cost notice completes the works successfully and if the same is commissioned (before opening of the bid), in such cases the offer of the bidder would be considered

Restriction on Land Border Sharing: Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the provision of Government Order No. FD455 EXP-12 2020 Bengaluru dated 01.04.2023. Such bidder/Vendor shall meet the eligibility clauses specified in Annexure-XVI Annexure- XVII of the tender document under the heading Model Clause/ Certificate/ Undertaking. A certificate/self declaration/undertaking for having read the clauses specified in Annexure- XVI Annexure- XVII are to be uploaded by the bidder in the prescribed format

Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.58.39 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as AxNx1.5-B.The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

Achieved in atleast two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 a minimum financial turnover of Rs.233.56Lakhs. Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial Turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Audited Financial statements i.e., Balance sheets, P&L statements, Turnover certificates duly certified by a Chartered Accountant as documentary evidence shall be uploaded
