Contract Details

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position working upto five storey building, strip opening for servicing and maintanance of Split AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity complete indoor/outdoor unit for routine check up for smoth functioning, checking of refrigerant gas, gas leakage, cheking the functioning of compressor, blower motor, all electrical/electronic circuit, functioning of remote, functioning cooling system, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using liquid caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter, cooling coil,condenser coil, blower motor, fan motor, brazing the discharge and suction line, complete indoor/out door unit, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge. Note: The replacement of defective / non functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’.

Note: Spares required will be measured and paid separately Note: The replacement of defective / non functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’.

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from 1.5 ton capacity of window/split type air conditioner and replacing the same with factory built hermetically sealed rotary compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, leak testing by charging with CO2/dry nitrogen gas. Evacuating the system and charging of R-22 Refrigerant gas after ensure leak proof condition and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc.

All as per item No 4 here-in- before but of capacity 2.0 ton

Taking Down of existing damaged / burnt blower motor from split/window AC and supply & fixing of new blower motor with capacitor & mounting materials single phase, 230 Volts 50 Hz suitable for 1.5 ton & 2 ton capacity of window/Split type AC

Taking out the defective thermo static switch, supply and fix new thermostatic switch for 1.5/2 ton window/split type AC

Disconnecting and taking out defective / non functional relay contactor and Supply & fixing relay contactor suitable for Split A/C 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective / non functional fan motor capacitor and Supply & fixing of fan motor capacitor of existing capacity upto 4.0 MFD for Window A/C 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing damaged air filter pad. Supply and fix new air filter pad of existing size of 1.5/2 ton window/split type AC
