Taking down carefully defective ceiling mounted old unserviceable Fan/Blowers installed in the cabin of lift of any size and make after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connections and removing the defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with same gauge supe enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling and refixing after rewinding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of lift base frame including complete body of lift Motor, Channels for cable cover, upper guarder, pillars with super enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for BOQ items: - 1. Contractor should visit the site before Quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safety measures shall be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The Comprehensive maintenance work of lift shall be carried out by OEM only and before commencement of work contractor has to produce MOU signed by Contractor and OEM in this regard. 4. The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the Contractor. 5. The Contractor shall maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigorous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personal regularly and also store the spare parts (Spare parts shall be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly. 6. The Complaint/ breakdown shall be attended/ rectified within two working days after getting information about the complaint from the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorised representative. 7. If contractor failed to rectify the complaint/ breakdown within two days, a recovery @ Rs. 2000.00 Per day will be levied.
