Cartage of LT marerial by road transport from store center Tanakpur to dump store average distance 75-100 km including loading & unloading and stracking both ends.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9X0.6 X 1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all type of soil including properdressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil asdirected complete work.

Muffing of poles size 0.45cm.X0.6cm. Radius with cc 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand:6graded stone 10 mm.nominal size ) block size 45cm. Height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Fabrication of MS channel angle iron after cutting in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel ,bracing and special type bracket etc. as per resspo schedule and local approved drawing

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6X0.6 X 1.2 mtr. in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil asdirected complete work.

Fixing, tightening and nozzling of stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing /RESPO manual.

Earthing of support with MS earth rod of 2.5 meter long by hammering of MS rod to proper depth and connecting of the earth electrode with the help of GI wire as per construction manual. LT Line

Mounting of new transformer on TF plinth structure and making all connections of HT and LT side and its complete commissioning including all work complete

Mounting and fixing of fuse sets on double pole strucrures including all work complete

Mounting and fixing of lightening arrester set (3 nos) on double pole structure including making all connections by G.I. strip size 35X6 MM to earth point complete work (including cost of G.I. strip)

Chemical earthing :- Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm, placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor as per drawing no. A) as drawing B, connecting the same with G.I. strip (to be supplied by contractor) of size 35X6 mm as per drawing C for a minimum length 6 m, treatement of soil with highly conductive substance as per IS 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recorded in MB before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm

Laying, spreading ,stringing and sagging of 33kVline in 3 phase (3 phase 4 wire) of the following wire as phase wire with GI earth wire complete including fixing of all accessories in 3Nos. Conductor parallel with binding and jumpering as per profile and sagging chart.
