Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths,side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads & lifts and shoring strutting, timbering where ever required as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete:-

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses etc. plinth and string courses complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild Steel / Tor Steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level i/c carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an evenshade over and including a priming coat with Alkali- residence primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortor dropping and other foreign matter and also including pribing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windowns and clerestory windows, including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick (2nd Class Deodar Wood) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 300 *16 mm

Providing and fixing anodised MS tower bolts (barrel type) with screws etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 250*10 mm

Providing ad fixing anodised MS handles with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 100 mm

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, greese, dirt and other foreign matters, sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified size in flooring cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry. (Dark shade) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing coursed rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side wall 15 X 22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) i/c earth work and laying 10 cms cement concrete in 1:5;10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cms cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
