Supply and Hiring of Diesel Truck of 9.0 Tonnes capacity with (POL) including cost of services of operating staff, cost of lubricating oil, disieal/petrol/kerosene oil, other consumables for running the plant and machinery and excluding GST. The hire charges of plant machinery on per day basis are for single shift of eight working hours etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Supply of labour including tools and plants etc for Man Mazdoors and woman mazdoors etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge, complete. etc.,

Raggling of masonry or concrete surface etc., and dispose the debris within a lead of 50 m etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying and Laying of Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) :Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Demolishing RCC work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservicable material with 50 meters leads etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 (1 cement: 11/2 coarse sand (Zone III) derived from natural sources:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in kerbs, edging etc., as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement motor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including the cost of required centering, shuttering etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. All labour and materials.

Steel reinforcement of thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (TMT bars) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level & above Plinth level, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Cement Plastering of 12 mm thick with a mix of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Removing C.C. Blocks in pavements carefully without damaging the blocks and reuse the same wherever necessary including removing the mortar joints around block and stacking them within a lead of 50 m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared Sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1,aggregate gradation cement ration nt to exceed 15:1.aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications,cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum. optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction,concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days mixed in a batching plant, transported for all leads and lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibration roller, finishing & curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched Design Mix Cement Concrete of M25 graded with minimum cement content of 300kg/m3 for plain cement concrete work:using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, portland pozzolana /ordinary portland /port land slag cement, admixtures is recommended poropotions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing,carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing all works up to plinth level etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc., and removal of form work for plinth and foundation,footings,bases for columns etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. complete. All labour and materials.

Applying Priming coats with primer of approved brand and manfacture having low VOC Volatile organic compound content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50gr/ltr etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of one or more coats on old work of approved brand and manufacture to give an evenshade etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of Two or more coats on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Snowcem or other equivalent quality water proof cement paint one coat of approved colour and shade to walls etc., on plastered and concrete surfaces including watering etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying and spreading of gravel or moorum at site of work etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge complete. All Labour & materials.

Finishing wall with premimum acrylic smooth exterior paint two or more coats for old works applied @ 0.83 lit/10m2 of required shade etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Polishing and buffing to stainless steel hand rail with 100mmx100mm square pipe vertically,100mmx50mm rectangular pipe 2 nos horizontally and 12mm x12mm square soild rods vertically grinding, polishing and buffer with vertical buffing, grinding machine, angle grinder machine along with polish wheels, buffing wheels, paper wheels white and brown colour along with cleaning with chalk powder all machinery and man power, tools etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

SIGNAGE SYSTEM: Supplying and fixing road signage fixtures (as per IRC standards and specifications) on finished black top surface and road kerbs including sign boards etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete.All labour and materials.

Structural steel fabircation work with flats,fixed with (or) without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primimg coat of approved steel primer etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. Supplying and fixing of pre-painted galvalume trapezoidal profile roofing/walling sheets of approved make with 0.50 mm thickness, coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150GSM, Tensile strength: 550MPA, Paint coating : Regular modified polyster painting, painting thickness(Top): 18 to 20 microns, (Bottom) : 5 to 7 microns, with regular range columns in roofing or walling including hooks, bolts, nuts, washers and screws etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
