Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil over areas (exceeding 15 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm over plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m. & lift upto 1.5m. Disposal of soil to be leveled, neatly dressed as per direction of Manager-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundations including trenches, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipe lines, cable trenches, pits etc. for a depth upto 1.5m including all labours, materials, dressing of sides, leveling, grading, and ramming of bottoms, pumping and bailing out of rain water, sub-soil water, disposal and stacking of surplus excavated materials within a lead of 100 mtrs providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewerage, electrical cables etc. including shoring and strutting as per direction of Manager-in-charge.

Same as activity sl no.2 earth work but for depth beyond 1.50m upto 3.0 m.

Same as activity sl no.2 for but soft rock/ WBM of classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers in road embankments, ramp etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm at specified places with approved earth excavation from borrow pits or earlier excavated earth at all depths and heights, transporting to places within 2 kms of plant boundary including loading, unloading dressing, watering, compaction by mechanical means (Sheep foot/ Vibro compactor road roller having 10 to 12 tonne static load) with all bye works complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 100 metres lead as per direction of Manager - in- Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 100 metres lead as per direction of Manager - in - charge.

Dismantling of brick work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 100 metres lead as per direction of MIC.

Dismantling of all type of structural steel works from all heights and returning the materials to Nalco store as per direction of MIC.

Dismantling of barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and returning the materials to Nalco store/ scrap yard as per direction of MIC.

Supplying & filling the sand in plinth under floor and over areas including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc.complete.

Back filling with available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth consolidating earth deposited in layers by ramming and watering lead up to 100 mtrs., all complete as per specification and directions of Manager-in-Charge.

Transportating and disposal of dismantled material, debris etc. from construction area to demarcated areas inside the plant boundary limits within a lead of 2 KMs including transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depth and heights, spreading after disposal all complete as per specifications and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand: 8 aggregate) with 40mm and down size graded stone aggregate including tamping, curing, shuttering etc. complete for all depths and heights as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge. (Cement shall be provided as free of cost from NALCO store)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand: 6 aggregate) with 20mm and down size graded stone aggregate including tamping, curing, shuttering etc. complete for all depths and heights as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge. ( Cement shall be provided as free of cost from NALCO store)

Boulder soling with black granite boulders with filling the intersection with crusher dust including transporting of material, surface preparation to required shape with proper compaction etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge.

Providing & laying of Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation, pavement, column, pedestal, slab,wall, parapet, bed blocks etc. at any depth and height excluding bending binding of steel reinforcement and centering / shuttering as per specification and direction of Manager-In-Charge. (Cement & steel shall be issued free of cost at nalco store)

Tor steel/TMT bars reinforcements for RCC work including transportation from store, cutting, bending , binding with wire, placing in position and providing cover blocks etc. complete as per specification and direction of Manager-In Charge. (Reinforcement steel shall be issued free of cost at NALCO store)

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering with shuttering ply wood/steel plate for foundation, footing, mass concrete, columns, pillars, posts, struts and pedestals, beams, cantilever and brackets, floors, roofs etc. for all depth and heights as per specification and direction of Manager-In Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry work with cement based fly ash bricks / reusing serviceable dismantling bricks in foundation & plinth upto 1.5 mtr depth & height upto 5.00 m with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) as per specifications but excluding the cost of cement & bricks. (cement & bricks will be issued free of cost at NALCO store & manufacturing site respectively)

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, including providing and laying non metallic floor hardener Sika Chapdur or equivalent as per manufacturers specifications, all complete as per specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) on brick wall including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete for all heights as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at Nalco store)

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) on brick wall including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete for all heights as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at Nalco store)

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling or concrete surface 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. for all heights as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at Nalco store)

Supply, erection, installation and alignment of MS foundation bolts assembly, conforming to IS 5624 : 1993, in concrete along with nuts, lock nuts, anchor plates, stiffener plates, protective tape etc. including furnishing of labour, materials, equipments, welding, cutting, grinding, threading, drilling, pipe sleeves etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC.

Fabrication of steel structure in single or built up sections made out of all types of steel sections including transporting from NALCO store, cutting, welding, grinding, brushing, cleaning the surface and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (red oxide zinc phosphate of Asian/ Berger /Deluxe (ICI) ), return of surplus, scrap steel to NALCO stores/ scrap yard etc including the cost of all transportation, labour, consumables, tools etc., all complete at any elevation as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge. (Structural steel will be issued free of cost at NALCO store)

Erection of steel structure in single or built up sections made out of all types of steel sections including the cost of welding, bolting, consumables, labour, tools, hoisting arrangement, transportation, cutting grooves/ holes for proper alignment etc all complete at any elevation as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated sheets of TATA Bluescope LYSAGHT TRIMDEK 1015 or equivalent including Ridges plain (upto 600mm)/ Flashings/ Aprons (Upto 600 mm)/ Barge board (Upto 300 mm) etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) , high tensile steel with minimum 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium. 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si), coating class AZ150 (min. 150 g/sqm total on both sides) as per IS 15961. Total coated thickness and Total Painted thickness of the sheets shall be 0.50 mm and 0.53 mm respectively. The sheets shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns comprising of super durable polyester top coat of 20 microns on exposed surface, 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface and over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour suitable for exterior application conforming to IS 15965 class 3. The Sheets should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 6 metre. The sheets shall have brand mark at regular intervals on the reverse side of profile including name of the profile and Total Paint Thickness for confirming genuinity of the material. The manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping steel screws of Hilti/ Tata Bluescope/ Jindal stainless steel of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, all complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape, sealing of openings/ holes wherever required for all elevation as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing GI/AL/AC sheeting along with stacking of the unserviceable materials and disposal of the same and stacking & returning of the serviceable materials at an indentified location inside the plant for all height and lead as per specification and direction of Manager-In-Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 1st quality Acrylic washable distemper of Asian paints Ltd. or Equivalent paint of Berger/ICI paints of approved shade (if required existing colour shade may be changed with a different colour) on old work to give an even shade, including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Supplying and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade of Asian paint/Berger/ICI paints on existing/ new surface including priming coat of exterior primer as per manufacture's specification including washing, scraping, sand papering and smoothening of old surface, repair to scratches, scaffolding etc. complete for all height as per the specification and direction of MIC.

Supplying and applying two or more coats of Apcomin Synthetic enamel paints of Asian Paint or equivalent paint of Berger/Dulux (ICI) of approved shade (1st coat smoke grey & 2nd coat dark grey) on new/old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface such as scraping and cleaning of damaged / rusted surfaces, grease, moisture dust, cleaning of dropping etc. for all type of industrial structures at all heights etc. complete as per specifications & directions of MIC. The item rates also includes cost of all scaffolding, tools, tackles brushes and providing all safety arrangements as per statutory requirements.

Supplying and applying one or more coats of red oxide zinc phosphate primer of Asian paint/Berger/Dulux (ICI) including preparation of surface such as scraping, cleaning of damaged / rusted surfaces, grease, moisture dust, process materials, cleaning of dropping etc. for all type of industrial structures at all heights etc. all complete as per specifications & directions of MIC. The item rates also includes cost of all scaffolding, tools, tackles brushes and providing all safety arrangements as per statutory requirements.

Providing and laying grouting compound Sika grout 214 or equivalent (free flow non shrink and compressive strength of 40 N/mm² in 24 hours) complete as per manufacturers specifications and as per direction of Manager-in-charge.
