Excavation in foundation up to 1.20 mt. in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :1:4:8CM 40mm nominal size (P.C.C)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying Design Mix Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum in RCC work for all work up to plinth level.

First Class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
