Repair/Maintenance of LT Panel board for Air Handing Unit No.3, AC Plant (2X56 TR) at Mig 29 Infrstructure Tech area, Air Force Stn No.1 Jamnagar. 1. M&L for taking out old/unserviceable /defective LT indoor panel by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cable connection, taking out cables, removing earthing connecting and removal of old panel for undertaking repair/replacement at site complete all as specified and as directed-01 Job. 2. Supply, fabricating, erecting and commissioning of LT Panel board Indoor type of suitable size, for AHU no 3 confirm to CPRI approval, as per IS 8623 Part I(one) totally enclosed weather and vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer shall be made of out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front door opening with locking arragement at front. Protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre -treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coating and powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, doors and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat irom frame work/support required and inclusive of installation, testing & commissioning with & including following:- (i). TPN Aluminium electoytic grade busbar of capacity 150 Amps for phase & 75 Amps for neutral, duly supported on SMC/DMC, busbar supports and insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve. (ii).Digital multifuction meter (V,A,KW, KWH), 415V, AC,C,T's of suitable ratio (Set of three), class 1.0 = 01. (iii) Indication lamps, LED type (RYB) = 01 Set of three. CT's 500/5A class 1.0, 15VA(Cast Resin) for metering - 03 Nos (iv) Internal wiring, with suitable size copper conductor cable, (v) 6A neutral link dropout type, for control ckt-01 No Protection Required : Overload, short circuit, phase prevention, single phase. Incoming : (i) MCCB 100 Amps with breaking capacity at 415 V AC, with rotary handle operated machanism 25KA, 4 Pole, with built in adjustable thermal magnetic trip units with adjustable thermal (70-100%in) and fixed megnetic (10x in) for power distribution-01 No (ii) CTs 200/5A class 1.0, 15VA (Cast Resin) for metering -03 Nos (iii) Internal wiring with suitable size of copper conductor cable (iv) Digital ampere meter with selctor switch -01 No Outgoing : (i) Automatic DOL starter 7.5HP complete with 30A TP power contractor with thermal over load relay and built in single phase preventer, status indicating lamp, push button, SD timer, ON delay timer and suitable size CTS-01 No (II) Automatic DOL starter 10HP complete with 40A TP power contractor with thermal over load relay and built in single phase preventer, status indicating lamp, push button, SD timer, ON delay timer and suitable size CTS -01 No
