Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal High Masts made of Hot Rolled MS steel of grade S355 JO, as per BSEN 10025 : 2004 with fixed head frame suitable for mounting 20 nos. 1000W Led Flood Light and 2 Nos LED aviation obstruction light complete with all accessories , lightning arrestor including 2 Nos earthing attachments, head frame consists of working platform, ladder, cross arm for fixing luminaries with earth bolts as per specification and as required. The height of the mast from base upto top of head frame shall be minimum 30 Mtrs. The mast shall be designed for wind speed 47 m/s (as per IS-875) Top : 175mm (Minimum) ; Bottom : 610mm (Minimum); Base Plate Dia : 840mm X 32mm (Minimum) 4 Sections Thickness Bottom: 6mm (Minimum); Middle: 5mm (Minimum); Top: 4mm (Minimum); Tilted Section: 4 mm (Minimum); Foundation Bolts : 16 Nos of M30 Grade X 850mm (Minimum)

Casting of Pile/Raft foundation for the high masts assuming safe soil bearing capacity at site with all tools and tackles, shuttering and masonry works as per vetted drawing from Recognised Govt. Institution.

SITC of Double Dome Aviation Light

SITC of 1000W LED Flood Light with all Accsessories as required.

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure

SITC of Cable 1.1 kV grade 3.5Cx95 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-1) - 1988 (to latest amendment)

1.1 kV grade 3.5Cx50 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-1) - 1988 (to latest amendment).

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

1.1 kV grade 3Cx2.5 sq.mm, stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated cable as per IS 694 - 1990 (to latest amendment).

1.1 kV grade 3Cx6sq.mm, stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated cable as per IS 694 - 1990 (to latest amendment).

Fixing of Cable along the lenth of O.H. pole incl. S & F MS pole clamps fabricated from 25 mm x 6 mm MS flat incl. painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : i) 3.5 core X 95 sq.mm.

ii) 3.5 core X 50 sq.mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : i) 3.5 core X 95 sq.mm.

ii) 3.5 core X 50 sq.mm.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes 2.5 sqmm

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required i) 50mm dia

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the Ground (for Morrum soil)

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.
