Silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 volts 20 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with and including the following:- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant ISI design (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations from Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to disturbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed. D) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 20 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure in the sub station building. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows: a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form viii) The fuel tank is to be located in Sub Station Building and cost of the fuel lines is deemed to be included in the offer.

ix) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. xi) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade

E) The quoted rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, Cement Concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate of size not less than 2.6 x 2. 0 x 0.8 m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply and install,testing wall mounted split units Indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with latest Inverter Technology of capacity 1.5 TR all as specified and directed.

Sub-main wiring with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable including PVC conduit 20mm dia along with one run of 4 sqmm FR copper cable for earth continuity conductor as earth lead for sub-main wireing and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS grade cable one run of 4 Sqmm FRLS earth wire and one run of PVC condute will be measured and paid as one length.

Supply and fix Metal clad 20 Amps 2P+E all as specified and as directed.

ELECTRIC CHIMNEY

Design, installation, testing, commissioning of electric operated chimney for cook house of approx size of platform 2m x 2.2 m with chimney hood made of galvanised steel sheet with oil filter of minimum gauge 22 including GI ducting of 22 gauge for exhaust upto 15 mtr height of suitable size fixed on the wall with clamps angle iron frame ,threading rod,nut boltsalong with controlling dampers 04 Nos with suitable blower motor of capacity 3 HP with starter,controlling/display panel with auto clean system all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) The Contractor shall submit the drawing of chimney for approval of Engineer in charge before placing the order.

S & F Cable PVC insulated sheathed LT 1100 V grade with copper conductor of size 3 core 10 Sq mm multi stranded conductor laid in ground/ fixed to wall/roof etc., with suitable clamps, spacers, bolts and nuts all as specified and directed.
