Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed. (b) Removal of spoils within a lead of 50 m.

Excavation in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited) Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blastingprohibited) with rock breakers including breakingrock, loading in tippers and disposal within all lifts andlead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and sideslopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross sections as per Clause 301 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (Mode of measurement: pre works and post works)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing,spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m.as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm. Boulder soling in foundation of walls, or source, channels, pillars including supply of hard stones to worksite & laid properly in lev el as directed ramming filling interstices with stone pieces, all complete with tip blending of sand or earth as per direction of E - I - C all complete. Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. Construction of display board made with 250mm thick 1st class brick work in cement mortar (4:1) of size 1500mm x 1200mm,foundation consisting of 150mm thick sand filling below the jhama brick flat soling,13mm thick(4:1) both side cement plaster up to G.L,painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make & brand including painting block letters & digits(Size above 4 cm & up to 5cm) with black japan or any approved paint as per direction of E.I.C in accordance with supplied specific approved drawing including necessary earth work in excavation in all sorts of soil,filling in foundation with earth in all respect with all costs of labour and materials.

CONSTRUCTION OF SAUSAGE WORK

Making rectangular sausage cage with 10 SWG galvanized iron wire of 125mmX125mm mesh wire netting with proper lapping of minimum 150mmincluding sewing the joints with 12 SWG G I wire and supply of all materials and equipments including placing the sausage cage in position, filling the same with boulder or lump agreegates complete as per direction of the engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of boulder / lump aggregate sand its carriage upto site. ( Cost is excluding the cost of end pieces ). a) 1.20 metre X 0.90 metre nominal section sausage wall.

MAIN WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

Supplying , fitting and fixing of G.M. Gate Valve/ Throttle Valve as per IS:778. a) G. M. Valve 3” or 80 mm.

Supply of 4" M.S. Flanged Adaptor for Gate Valve (IS:1538/1993) of approved make with bolt, nut and gasket complete. (1Set=2Nos.) including fitting complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately)
