Dismantling old PGI/CGI sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia etc complete.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(un-Reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of brick work (laid in flat or Edges) or brick in drain built in Cement mortar etc beded and pointed in any layer (each layer) in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for grils.rails etc

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out , ramming n. exc 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where as directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screw and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut length of but exc 5cm not exc 10cm and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces n.exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour applying one coat of weather shield paint complete including prepration of wall, chujja, facia etc surface as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying three coat of white washing including preparation of new or previously untreated surface of ceiling.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4)(using 12.5 mm size graded aggregate) in coping set incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & thickness.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path /steps laid with and incl use and waste of form work and finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling complete .

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concerete complete all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded stone agg) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specifide as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) , finished concrete surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab,landings,balconies,canopies,deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

M & L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coated pre polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles made with grey cement and pig-ments of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over in pavement / footpath / floors over incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 80 mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compacted cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size confiroming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and incl 50 mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directd.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/drain including forming fair finished to drain channel.

M&L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in CM 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks laid on edge on vertical inclined sides of drain, bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections conforming to Fe - 410 (Gde E-250) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; verticals , purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates.

M&L for MS flat iron bent to shape, holes drilled etc complete as in wind ties etc including one coat of red oxide paint.

M&L for MS plate of any size & thickness, holes drilled or without drilled etcc including one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars,10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking ,bending spirally, hooping for columns, hookings/ends and binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , bending and binding with MS wire , not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
