1. Tenderer should quote rates in Online only (price bid for Diesel driven vehicle (No CNG fitted

Vehicles will be considered).

2. The tenderer quoting for the tender is deemed to have gone through General Terms &

conditions of this work as Annexure-I attached herewith and DGVCL works contract booklet

and same will be treated as binding upon him.

3. Tenderer should quote for non AC Closed Body Jeep for model shall have not been registered

before more than three month as on the date of tender opening

4. The tenderers shall have to keep the tender open and valid for a period of 180 days from the

technical bid opening date or extended date and shall be bound by communication of

acceptance dispatched by DGVCL within the above prescribed time limit.
