Sch 'A' Part-I (Building Works )

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling including mortar beding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as directed.,

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 300x 600 x7mm/ 350x250mm x 7mm / 450X 350X 7mm / 300mmx200mmx7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as directed.

M&L for granite (as color approved by GE) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type)tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado etc laid over 10mm thick cement mortor ( 1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in Plain, 0.80mm thick galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 incl necessary welding or soldered joints are provided works complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing incl removal of vegitation nails etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13 above but bedded in lime or cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry with any height of roof , incl necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Light coloured hollow PVC ceiling of minimum 1.0mm thick with with necessary frame work with necessary fixtures fixed as a slope or flate false ceiling including necessary, supporting hangers ,brackets etc for securing frame work to ceiling for suspended grid shall be provided as per Room Size requirement incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1 Sqm but not exe 2 Sqm each and refixing with same opening after Resecuring or easing &adjusting /cutting as required complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each with shutter (without taking off Shutter) incl fixed portion etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame as in repair ( incl taking Down u/s old PVC /UPVC/FRP Door shutters ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to framesry accessories like a door handle 02 Nos , Min 3 Hinges and with Both side Locking arrangements etc ( Tower Bolts ) Complete fittings , as in repair including to existing door frames with / New Door frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description as in coping ,chimney walls etc over compound wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate min radius of 75mm tk as in roof and parapet wall junction , roof benching, kerbs, mud stop, coping, rounded or chamfered on edges, filling rails embedded sec ,hold fast etc incl necessary sloping on roof top surfaces including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, add WPC @3% of cement weight incl WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
