SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) NOTES:- (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY) Supply and fixing 15mm dia fency type chromium plated wall mixture of 2 in 1 syystem with provision with central spout and conncetion for over head shower with diverter liver ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Jaquar/Essco series or Techno commercial equivalent of any make specified in Appx 'B'.

(INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY) Supply and fixing Distribution Board Power Line, VTPN , 12 way, 415 volts, factory made powder coated , double door with neutral and earth link, including 3 pole MCCB 100 Amps rating, 16 KA breaking capacity for incoming supply and provision of MCBs 6 to 32 A for out going supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, decorative wall mounting light, brushed nickel finished with acrylic diffuser suitable for 9 watt LED lamp B22 base toughned glass with secondary optics including taking out old unsv fitting of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix LED 30 Watt (5700K) Bldg Security light fitting, and including with GI light grade Pipe 32 mm dia bracket with connected with 3 core flexible copper wire 0.50 Sq mm from ceiling rose after fixing fitting in position at site all as specified and directed. Make : Wipro/Philips/CG

(COMPOUND WALL AND GATE) Material and Labour pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 x 2400 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) panels of cross section of panel (300X45 mm) reinforced with 4 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of CI wheel as rollers of 75mm dia for gates.

(EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY) Material and Labour for construction of valve pit consisting of 230 mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 16 gauge thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mm X 40mm X 6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and dult painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. and as specified and directed for the following sizes: ( a) 450mm X 450mm X 750mm

Cutting existing steel tubing CI/GI/DI/MS and insection of tee maximum 200mm X 50mm X 200mm flanged type for taking connection to CMI room.

(EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) Supply and fixing Bracket with clampon for LT tubular pole for fixing of street light made out of MS Strip and GI pipe 50mm, 40mm, 25mm with base not less than 50 cm with bracket/nut bolt/cap type mounting arrangement 50mm pipe 0.5 mtr, 40 mm pipe 0.9 mtr to 1 mtr, 25mm pipe 0.20 to 0.15 mtr will be used with pole for nut bolt on MS pipe or clamp for PCC pole complete in all respect Dia complete length not less than 1.5 Mtr with maximum angle 110 degree to 120 degree complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for indoor termination, Cold shrink joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured . All conductor cable of size 50-95Sqmm

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using HDD augaring technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure.

Supply , installation, commissioning and testing , feeder pillar board , LT (415 Volts , 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply), CRPI approved , plinth mounted, factory made, outdoor type , weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 5 mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS sheet CRCA sheet powder coated with front & back hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted externally and internally with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint (First quality) over a coat of red oxide primer grouting panel throught angle iron , 0.2 mtr in ground and 0.5 mtr over thee ground including excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete comprisin of the followings: (a) Incoming supply:- (i) Aluminimum bus bas chamber 200 amps rating of 04 strip- 01 No . (ii) MCCB , thermal and magnetic setting , 4 pole, AC, 415 Volts, 125 Amp rating, 36 KA rupturingcapacity - 01 No. (iii) Multifunction meter showing PF, V, I , Hz etc. (v) Indicating lamp LED type for R-Y_B-3 Nos. (b) Outgoing supply :- (i) MCCb, thermal and magnetic setting, 3 pole, AC, 415 Volts, 63 Amp rating , 25 KA rupturing capacity- 02 Nos. (ii) Time switch with contractor for 20 Amp Rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for Straight throught termination Cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size upto 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core all as specified.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for LT 6 mm thick CI plate of size 100 mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50mm X 50mm X 6mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150mm X 150mm X 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC Junction box, factory made, with one No SP MCB of 20 Amp rating class - C and 3 Nos Connector fixed on pole with necessary clamps and bolts etc including connecting with street light cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade, multistranded, passing throuth pipe, on pole/ wall from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

(SUMMER AND COOLING APPLIANCES) Supply and fixing VTPN with 63 Amp MCCB and 12 No 06-32 Amp MCB,6 Nos of C Curve and 06 No of B curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
