E-090: AC compressor no.02 (Make: Bitzer, Model: HSK-8561-90-40P, Capacity: 56 TR) failed to start. Preliminary dismantling revealed unsatisfactory movement of rotor mechanical parts to be inspected and serviced. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation (All in way jobs included):- (i) Dismantling and reassembling of compressor. (ii) Renewed all defective mechanical parts. (iii) Realign mail screw and female screw. (iv) Check lub oil pump and renewed as required. (v) Refitment of loading mechanism. (vi) Drain out oil and service crankcase. (vii) Refilling of lub oil. (viii) Renew oil filter. (ix) Check suction and discharge valve. (x) Renewed suction compressor filter. (xi) Pressure test with in compressor. (xii) Vacuum load check. (xiii) Refilling of Freon. (xiv) Proving of compressor to normal operating parameters.
