Removing old cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debries within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantlling of brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3mtr. Height including stacking the useful materilas for reuse and removing the debrises within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying fitting and fixing fully vertified tles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant schesive bed of required thcknss of 10mm and filling joints with epody grout of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providng fixing vitrified in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of marble / tiles , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T Section No.3215 with 2'-0" centre to centre L Section No.1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & P.V.C. plug & the aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. gates, steel windows, M.S. windows grills to windows and openings and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm size with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour taxes and royalities with all T&P etc. complete in all floors including cost of screws and other required materials of approved quality as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Wall painting one coat to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint two coats of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.
