Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:

1:1 ½ :3 (1cement 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand(zone III) derived from natural soureces : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand derived from natural soureces : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Sub-Head: R.C.C.Work

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement - All - work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement:2Coarse sand including manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) up to 20% 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size of Recycled Concrete aggregate (RCA) up to 20%)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form for:

Suspended floor, roofs, landings balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use “ cut and bend” rebars of approved make from factory / workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding al complete up to plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
