Note: The scope of work also includes following Items and the rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included for the same: [a] The indoor unit shall be fixed with dash / anchor fasteners on existing foundation. The outdoor unit shall be installed on Terrace / Masonry Foundation / PCC Foundation using suitable MS Frame as per OEM specification, the legs shall be grouted with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate or fixed to Walls with suitable MS Angle Iron Frame. [b] All AC Units shall have copper condenser coil. [c] Interconnecting Refrigerant Heavy Gauge Copper Piping of size 7/8 inch with 13mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation up to 15 metres distance, 25mm dia PVC, Heavy Duty Drain Pipe with 6mm thick Armaflex / Nitrile Rubber insulation shall be provided up to suitable drain point up to 10 metres, Electrical Earthing & Cabling [Copper] from Outdoor unit to Indoor Unit including FP, MCB of required rating as per OEM specifications duly housed in an enclosure. [d] Provision of suitable protection on Low & High Voltage as per OEM specifications. [e] Lifting, Shifting & Positioning of Indoor & Outdoor units with miscellaneous items etc. as per site requirement. [f] Dismantling of existing AC units including all accessories and transporting to MES Store Yard and making good of all damages / disturbed portions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Hard drawn Refrigerant Grade Seamless Heavy Gauge Copper Piping of size 7/8 inch in ceiling / wall interconnecting Outdoor and Indoor Units i.e. Evaporating Unit and Air Cooled Condensing Unit of 8.75 TR Ductable Package AC Unit duly insulated with 13mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation covered with aluminium foil for K Value of 0.027-0.029 W/mK at 0 – 16°C including necessary supports, fittings, joints wherever required complete all as specified and as directed. Make for Nitrile Rubber: Superlon / Aflex / K Flex

M & L for Canvass Connection made out from suitable cloth and suitable flanges made out of GI material on both end for connecting Ductable AC units with duct etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of 6 Core, 1.5 Sq.mm, PVC Insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty cable, with Multistranded Copper Conductor cable, 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, ISI Marked including crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. and connecting to Indoor and Outdoor units complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Installation of PVC Heavy Duty Conduit of 32mm size complete with necessary elbows, tees, reducers, brass connector between GI and PVC Pipe etc. including fixing with clamps & saddles or concealing in wall / floor etc. all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and balancing of Sheet Metal Ducts as per site requirement to suit each machine mouth connection with 22 Gauge Galvanised Sheet Steel Ducting including providing angle iron supports, flanges, hangers, nuts & Bolts, Gaskets etc. and making good of all damages / disturbed portions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The ducts shall be fabricated in situ for perfect mouth connection to each Machine. Make: SAIL, TATA, JINDAL, LLOYD

Supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and balancing of Sheet Metal Ducts as per site requirement to suit each machine mouth connection with 24 Gauge Galvanised Sheet Steel Ducting including providing angle iron supports, flanges, hangers, nuts & Bolts, Gaskets etc. and making good of all damages / disturbed portions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The ducts shall be fabricated in situ for perfect mouth connection to each Machine. Make: SAIL, TATA, JINDAL, LLOYD

Supply, Installation, testing and balancing Acoustic Insulation for Duct with 12 mm thick, Resin Bonded Fibre Glass Wool of density 48 kg/Cu.m with RP Tissue Paper and covered with 28 Gauge Perforated Aluminium sheet with at least 20% perforation and fastened with sheet using cadmium plated bolts and washers with pitch not less than 300mm and including sealing the ends completely so that no insulation material is exposed and cleaning the internal surface of the duct to make it free from dirt and dust complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and balancing Thermal Insulation for Duct with Aluminium Foil Faced, 25 mm thick, Resin Bonded Fibre Glass Wool of density 32 kg/Cu.m and sealing the joints with 50mm wide adhesive based aluminium tape complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Powder Coated Aluminium 2 Way Supply Air Grills with Collar Damper complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Powder Coated Aluminium 2 Way Return Air Grills without Collar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Volume Control Dampers, frame made with 1.2mm thick GI Sheet made to shape including wielding / clinching corners, Blades made up of 1.0mm thick Extruded Anodised Aluminium profile Aero Foil Blades, 75 / 100 mm blade width to suit different sizes, Self Oiling type Plastic Bushings, Stainless Steel Square Control Shaft all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil for laying Cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 95 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down old LT Cables of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry river sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un–reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable End Termination Box, Heat Shrinkable, Outdoor type suitable for 1100 Volts, 3½ Core, 95 Sq.mm XLPE insulated LT Cable with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and as directed.
