M&L for providing Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 15 mm thick using integral water proofing compound for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 screed bed over roof surfaces finishes complete all as directed. Note : Water proofing compound to be paid seperately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately.

M&L PCC type F2, 1:7:12 in sunken floor's , using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3 mm thick APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.60 Kgs/Sqm, as specified. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on application hot bitumen straight run VG grade 30/40 @ 0.70 Kgs/Sqm with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap over and applying bituminous primer @ 0.50 Kgs per sqm over cleaned and dry roof surfaces including parapet the APP membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortor 1:4 provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor and cut and polished with Grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in cement motore CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
