Development of Parking at Sterling Chhak Parking - I (Shani Temple Side) in the District of Puri, for ensuing Car Festival -2026.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of existing stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable material for use or auction within the road land & disposal of all unserviceable material up to a leadof 1000m including removal top 150mm thick organic soil away from the road land as per Clause no. 201,of technical specification for Road & Bridge work MORT&H (Latest revision) & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction construction & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) vide ARP.158 item no.37 Taking out put-600Cum,Unit-Cum

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub base Grading-IV materialas per table 400-1,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader n prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibratory roller to achieved the desired density including cost conveyance royalty ,labour T&P complete as per direction Engineer-in-Charge.
