SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-320 (GUN SHED) OF CERTAIN UNIT AND ROOF TREATMENT OF BLDG NO P-1239 (QTR GUARD) OF CERTAIN UNIT AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO 01

Roughning of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

M&L for 100mm hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge exc 63mm but n exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled watered and rolled to a true surface with power roller exc 8 tonne and n exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

M&L for Pavement Qualtity Concrete (PQC) work as in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using cement min 400 Kg/Cu.m or as per desing mix whichever is higher, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including finishing of surface by belting, brooming and including necessary steel form work for sides of concrete slab incl Recron and admixture as per design mx complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

M&L for Forming 12mm thick expansion joints in the thickness of concrete slab 250mm thick , joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

M&L for Forming construction joint (Dummy ) 65mm deep x 10 mm wide and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

M&L Factory made precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) in kerb stone, quion block, apex stones etc set in CM (1:4) incl form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated asbestos cement roof sheet, any gauge, thickness, including ainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge
