Earthwork in excavation by mechanical / manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated or weathered rock and fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. in all condition such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of surplus excavated soil, rock as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge etc. for all lead and all lifts etc. as specified & directed etc. all complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stones under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping and removal of formwork for : vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for sloping or battering surface (slabs, beams, louvers, etc) including folded plates Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts (circular or curved in plan)

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and structs etc. upto floor five level

In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Supply and fixing of fiber glass reinforced plastic F.R.P. needle. Needle section with F.R.P. quoted M.S. channel suitable for F.R.P. Needles. Needles shall be made from standard quality fiber glass composite material. The F.R.P. needles shall be tailor made sections as per size required at site for closing the bandhara. For thickness of needle 65+ 3 mm (Hollow Type) for the water depth 0.00 mtr to 2.00 mtr from top & width not more than 2 mts in clear span.

For thickness of needle 115+ 3 mm (Hollow Type) at centre and 65mm + 3mm at ends for the water depth 2mtrs to 4mtrs from top & width not more than 2 mts in clear span.

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.
