BED PLY WOOD TOP (FD-245 / 246) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail and supply and fix new second class hard wood long rail for bed ply wood top and complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken head board with legs and supply & fix new head board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken foot board with legs and supply & fix new foot board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken ply wood top and supply and fix new ply wood top of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR GRADE duly ISI marked complete bed all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/worn out/ broken plywood of head board and foot board on both sides and supply & fix new 4mm thick one side teak face plywood for head board and foot board on both sides complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken teak wood beading for Head board and Foot board and supply and fix new teak wood beading of 12mm dia half round for head and foot board complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Supply and fix Teak wood bracket of size 100x100x30mm with screws for Bed plywood top complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for polishing to the repaired Bed plywood top duly preparing the old and new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (FD 258) Removing the existing old tapestry cloth and supply and fix new tapestry cloth of cost not less than 200.00 per metre of approved shade and type for seat and back of 5 seater sofa (consisting of 10 pieces) complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 10 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing worn out seat and back cushion and supply and fix seat cushion of 100mm with 40 density and back cushion 32 density of 50mm supreme quality foam for sofa set of 5 seater consisting of 05 seats & 05 backs pieces complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 5 seats & 5 backs pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood for seat and supply and fix 12mm thick commercial plywood for seat complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 5 seats (3+1+1) pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and supply and fix teak wood front leg for sofa set 5 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for polishing to the repaired sofa set 5 seater duly preparing the old and new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

SOFA SET MAP 5/4/3/2/ SINGLE SEATER (FD 281/373 M/FD/MP-II/02) Removing the existing tapestry cloth and supply and fix new tapestry cloth of cost not less than 200.00 rupees per metre for 5 seater consisting of 10 pieces duly providing the zip for all (5 seater consisting of 10 pieces) complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 10 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing worn out seat & back cushions and supply and fix new seat and back cushions with 40 density of 100mm thick supreme quality foam for sofa set 5 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and supply and fix teak wood front leg for sofa set 5 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

CHARPOY GI NYLON NEWAR (FD-220) Dismantling the existing unserviceable old charpoy GI nylon newar of any type by removing the old newar, and reassembling, duly cleaning the charpoy, tightening, providing required threadings and supply and weaving with first quality nylon newar of 100% virgin quality of HDPE of weight not less than 1.5 kilogram newar per charpoy complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Supply and fix new long rail of galvanised iron pipe 32mm dia medium grade with necessary threadings to the extent required and removing the existing unserviceable broken long rail complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short rail out of the broken long rail obtained from item No 25 above duly cutting, threading to the extent required and fixing to the charpoy and removing the existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the leg for GI charpoy from the broken galvanised iron pipes obtained vide item No’s 25 & 26 above duly cutting, threading to the extent required including teak wood plug/ galvanised iron plate and FMN cleats to leg duly welded and removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix 32 mm dia galvanised iron medium grade 3 way elbow, duly ISI marked and removing the existing unserviceable elbow complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix 5 mm thick galvanised iron medium grade check nut, duly ISI marked suitable for 32 mm dia pipe and removing the unserviceable check nut complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new leg for GI charpoy of 32 mm dia medium grade with necessary threading including providing teak wood plug/ galvanised iron plate and FMN cleats to leg duly welded and removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Bed Hard steel ( FD/E6/MAP/08 & FD/E6/MAP/08 ( R) M & L for welding with 20 x 45 x 3 mm MS Angle Iron cleat with holes to fix screws to support 18mm thick Particle Board including screws complete for Bed hard steel complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging from Head Board of Bed Hard Steel and S&F new 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging with suitable nut & bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging from Foot Board of Bed Hard Steel and S&F new 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging with suitable nut & bolt complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new long tube frame 25mmx65mm, 16 Gauge and removing the existing unserviceable broken long tube frame and including necessary gas welding wherever required complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short tube frame from broken long tube frame obtained from item No.34 above duly cutting and fixing to charpoy including removing the existing unserviceable short tube frame complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Labour for removing the existing unserviceable or wornout plywood top of Bed Hard Steel and S&F new plywood top of suitable size 12 mm thick BWR Grade plete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 3mm thick PVC shoes to the legs of Bed Hard Steel plete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing MS flat strip of size 70mm x 40mm x3mm with a bore of 10mm for nut and bolt (to be fixed in such a way that 20mm will be welded to headrest/footrest and 50mm will be welded to long rail of bed hard steel) to bind long rail and foot board/head board of bed hard steel duly welded and supported with suitable nut, bolt & washer and plete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the old steel surfaces and painting with two coats of Black synthetic enamel paint with machine spray and welding as required to be broken frames complete all as specified,as shown on drawing and plete all as specified and as directed.

Charpoy IP Hard top FD/MAP-II/01 Material and Labour for carry out repairs like existing tube frame removing the broken unserviceable legs, long tube frame, short tube frame, and fixing new reassembling the charpoy and welding as required to be broken and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black colour by machine spray including necessary gas welding wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Long tube frame, short tube frame and legs shall be measured, paid separely as supply & fix only.

Supply and fix new long tube frame 25mmx65mm, 16 Gauge complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short tube frame from broken long tube frame obtained from item No.40 above duly cutting and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new MS tube leg of size 32mmx32mmx440mm, 16 Gauge complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new MS tube for stiffeners to support ply and stiffeners to support legs of size 25mmx25mm, 16 Gauge and removing the existing unserviceable broken MS stiffeners complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply & Fix 1930x850mm x12mm thick BWR Grade plywood conforming to IS303 all edges of plywood top be filled with putty to prevent observation moisturer and fixed with suitable nut & bolt complete as specified and directed.

Chair Computer FD/E6/MAP/01 Repairs to Chair Computer by repairing & replacing new necessary unserviceable/broken parts with suitable sizes and shapes as for the following type, items with necessary gas /arc welding to all broken parts, greasing /oiling to exisiting parts of the chairs where ever required and painting the chairs with two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as per exisiting model/pattern with machine spray complete all as directed. Note: Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD/MAP-II/06) Supply and fix PVC seat 4mm thick of size 455 x 455 mm with weight not less than 1.85 KG and grooves 90 x 10 mm 10 No. on seat to chair verandah and providing 2mm thick, 20mm wide, 420mm long mild steel flat iron support to PVC seat with necessary welding including removing the existing unserviceable PVC Seat complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC back 4mm thick of size 455 x 455 mm with weight not less than 1.85 KG and grooves 90 x 10 mm 10 No. on back to chair verandah including removing the existing unserviceable PVC Seat & back complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the old steel surfaces and painting with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint with machine spray and providing 4 No's new PVC inner shoes including taking down the broken shoes and welding as required to be broken frames complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD/MAP-II/15) Supply and fix PVC seat 4mm thick of size 455x455mm with weight not less than 1.85 KG and grooves 90x10mm 10 No. on seat to chair verandah and providing 2mm thick, 20mm wide, 420mm long mild steel flat iron support to PVC seat with necessary welding including removing the existing unserviceable PVC seat complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.
