The following equiptments to be maintained and operated: (a) Operation and maintenance of CHS Furnaces - 03 Nos (b) CHS circuit maintenance and routine operations. Notes :- (a) Rectification of faults in the HT/LT system in the installation will be the responsibility of the contractors. (b) The T&P required to carried out the above wk will be provided by the contractor and will be dumped at site. All store/accessories issued by MES for day to day maint must be returned in original conditions. (c) The safety precautions of the operator will be the responssibility of the contractor and the unit rate is demand to be incl for the safety eqpts and T&P. (d) The general cleanliness of the plants and and eqpts inthe installation and the area in and around the installation is the responsiibility of the contractoror and all chemicals and equipment for the same will be provided by the contractor. (e) Staff deployed must posses mobile phones without camera, standalone camera and police verification certificate at all times. (f) Elect/FGM/Helper shall be deputed in other areas GE 874 EWS for working as directed by JE E/M, AGE E/M and GE if necessary. (g) Elect/FGM/Helper deployed must posses ITI certificate and three years of experience issued by competent firm/authority. (h) The Contractor has to provide reliver and the cost of the same deemed to be included. (j) Rectification of minor faults in the Generator systems is the responsibility of the contractor.

(k) The Contractor has to provided Adhar linked bank statement of the manpower deployed at each installation and a written confirmation (with thump imprint) from each of the staff showing the payment made before producing RAR to Engr-in-Charge. (l) The Contractor has to provided approved colour coded of uniform for manpower deployed at each installation as specified by Engr-in-Charge. (m) The contractor must pay salary to all deployed tradesmen as per policy of the Office of labour commision Govt of India/J&K Govt, whichever is higher. All regulations of Indian Labour Law, Minimum wages act of India, Payment of Bonus Act of India, Central EPF regulations and contracts Act must be followed irrespective of any State Court's order against the same. (n) All Electricians and FGMs will be considered as Skilled and Mate FGMs as Semi Skilled Industrial workers.
