Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described for (such as in bed, haunching & packing of sewer lines, benching of manholes, copings etc.) complete all as directed and removal of debris outside the premises.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drain,laid to slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms,moulds ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto course well bonded, bedded and solidly hearts built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair precast steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) manhole cover with frames (ISI marked) of overall size 1200x1200x75-100mm (clear opening 600x600mm for square and 600mm dia for round shape) are provided with suitable mild steel rims to prevent from chipping of edges and enable clear opening with provision of easy lifting hooks which are duly protected against corrosion laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exeeding 50 meater and deposting where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point.

Preparing new plastered/ pointed surfaces and material & labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including one base coat of white wash etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
