Servicing Repair to 26.5HP 02 Cusec Diesel Driven Dewatering Pump Set along with associated works at Dewatering Station Indira Colony Jammu.

Schedule maintenance/servicing/repair to 26.5HP double cylindered/2 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump set damaged in Tawi river flood. Cleaning of mud and other debris from base frame and sump tank, decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemical cleaners. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly. Job also includes complete servicing and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then cleaning of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. Calibrating the pump on calibration bench. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 10 ltr M-Oil to engine. Providing fitting of new air cleaner, silencer. Fabrication, providing and fitting of suitable new fuel tank along with stand. Providing and fitting of new suitable of minimum 12V battery of reputed make for starting the engine. Repairing of self start system of engine by way of dismantling, checking of self-start assembly including starter motor and wiring. Cleaning of mud from inner parts by recommended chemical cleaners. Rewinding of starter motor armature and field coil. Replacement of carbon bushes, bush set etc. Providing and fitting of heavy duty battery cables, lugs and terminals. Repair of ignition switch and relay assembly Idle testing of the engine. Job further includes servicing of 2 Cusec Pump unit by way of complete dismantling of suction, delivery pipe, bearing bracket and other parts of pump. Proper cleaning of all the parts by petrol/kerosene and recommended chemical cleaners. P/F of new bearings, gasket, nuts and bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Replacement of old washed away flexible suction pipe by P/F of 150mm dia MS pipe about 12feet in length, P/f of 150 mm dia flanges 6nos, 01 no. bend and heavy duty 01 no. MS foot valve of 150mm dia, rubber gaskits, nuts and bolts, nipples etc. Fitting of suction pipe by way of welding of flanges, bends fitting of foot valve and anchoring etc. Applying of good quality of red oxide primer and then painting of suction pipe line. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour, rebate on old parts, fuel charges for testing & fitment charges at D/W station Indira Colony Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes. Complete job.
