ATTD BREAKDOWNS COMPTS OF WATER PIPE LINES INCL R AND R OF VARIOUS WS PE LINES, VALVES AND R AND M TO PUMPS, MOTORS, CONTROL PANELS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NSV, MEGA COL, AP, NAMAC, NSB, MO V NS, WED V UNDER GE U-II VISAKHAPATNAM

Labour only for attending breakdowns / leakage complaints of underground pipe lines of any type and description such as DI / CI / MS of size 200mm to 300mm bore dia by cleaning the pipe line surfaces, identifying the leakage / breakdown of pipe line, removing the damaged portion of pipe line from trenches by gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement, replacing with new pipe line / fittings / accessories by fixing / welding / threading as per site requirement and testing after completion for leak proof working complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC, Pipes, fittings, accessories etc as required at site shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" under relevant items of BOQ. However, the Quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following provisions:- (i) Breakdown / leakages should be attended and completed within 24 hours from the time of intimation to contractor by JE E/M / Engineer-in-Charge, failing which, penal recovery of Rs. 500 per hour shall be deducted from contractor dues. (ii) Sufficient manpower such as Plumber, Welder and helpers as per site requirement shall be provided by contractor to ensure the work to be completed within the time specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Necessary arrangement for manual dewatering / dewatering pump as required at site to complete the work within the specified time. (iv) Necessary Tools, Plants, Safety Equipment, machinery and temporary lighting arrangement to work during night time etc as required at site shall be provided by the contractor.

Labour only for attending breakdowns / leakage complaints of pipe lines of any type and description such as MS / GI / PPR of size 63mm to 100mm bore dia on walls of buildings up to 3rd floor by cleaning the pipe line surfaces, identifying the leakage / breakdown of pipe line, removing the damaged portion of pipe line by gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement, replacing with new pipe line / fittings / accessories by fixing / welding / threading / Heating as per site requirement and testing after completion for leak proof working complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Pipes, fittings, accessories etc as required at site shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" under relevant items of BOQ.
