M & L for Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 115mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stay assembly having stay rod diameter 16mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Stay clamps loop type insulator, excavation & earth work and concrete work shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant items.

M&L cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat primerand one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC line seperator in between two conductors spiral type complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches upto 1 Mtr from O/H conductor and removing the same at a distance upto 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of steel tubular pole of any size from bottom by demolition of concrete complete all as directed

S&F LT steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (9 mtr long) complete all as specified as directed. Note Excavation & PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L cement concrete PCC type C-2 (1 : 3 : 6) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation including necessary form work and forming neat finish surfaces complete all as specified as directed.

M&L cement concrete PCC type B-0 (1 : 2 : 4) 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles for existing/New pole including necessary form work and forming neat finish surfaces complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for scrapping the existing surfaces of LT steel tubular poles, type 410 SP-31 (9 Meters long) including cross arms, bracings, clamps etc and applying one coat aluminum paint including 1.5m from GL to be painted by two coat of 1st quality black synthetic enamel paint with multy colour strips as directed including writing of pole number by Black Paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: As the work pertains to painting of poles, it is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure proper shutdown before engaging the labours on the poles. The contractor will take proper shutdown in writing duly signed by JE in charge on each day/occasion.

M & L for scrapping the existing surfaces of HT steel tubular poles, type 410 SP- 49 up to SP - 57 (11 Meters long) including cross arms, bracings, clamps etc including 1.5m from GL to be painted by one coat of 1st quality black synthetic enamel paint with multy colour strips as directed including writing of pole number by Black Paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: As the work pertains to painting of poles, it is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure proper shutdown before engaging the labours on the poles. The contractor will take proper shutdown in writing duly signed by JE in charge on each day/occasion.

M&L switches air break 11000 volt , gang operated, triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps incl dismantling old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in expulsion fuse single pole single pole 11000 volts above 25 and up to 50 amp complete all as specified and as directed incl dismantling old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement & serviceing of two pole ,three pole & four pole structure by greasing of mechanical linkage gang operated switch ,DO, dismental of existing detoriate ACSR jumper,replacing of unserviceable 11000 volt Pin insulator & reconnected with new acsr jumper, using new drop out fuse unit,changing of leaver hook and locking arrangement complete all as directed. Note : contractor is responsible for taking proper 11 KV shut down in writing from JE in charge and do the work in presence of 11 KV licecnse holder Electrician.

Repairing of electric pole coping by dismantling of PCC , welding of electric pole by using three No. angle of 500 mm length and size 40mmx5 mm around the pole, after that painting of red oxide with single coat of black synthetic enamel paint and making the coping of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm with suitable slop Complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- (i)PCC for Coping shall be consider seperately. (ii) Welding , angle cost, and painting shall be included in quoted rate.
