REPAIRS AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES AND SEPTIC TANKS, MAN HOLES AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS AT RESIDENTIAL AREA OF NSTL, VISAKHAPATNAM

Removing carefully cover slab of manholes of any size, depth n.exc. 1.0m and removing the scum/ sludge including any organic or inorganic matter, washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line, removing the sludge obtained from cleaning to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and buried in ground to a depth not less than 1 metre, and setting the man hole covers in position after inspection etc. all as directed

All as per Item No. 1 herein before but manhole of depth exc. 1.0m but n.exc. 2.0m

Taking out carefully precast RCC cover slabs of septic tank/ filter bed of any capacity, taking out scum/ sludge including liquid using mobile tanker equipped with sludge pump etc. and depositing off at places earmarked by GVMC authorities outside MD land, cleaning the tank with water, bleaching powder etc. clearing the bushes, vegetation etc. up to a distance of 2 mtr from outer edge all around the septic tank, including placing in position and setting the cover slabs with cement sand mortar (1:6) after inspection etc. complete all as directed.

Clearing out blockage from WC up to manhole with cleaning rod including removing all materials from P trap of WC and disposing off complete all as directed.

Clearing out blockage from Floor trap/ Nahani trap up to manhole with cleaning rod including removing all materials from the trap and disposing off complete including removing and refixing the grating all as directed.

Cleaning of blockage existing sewage lines of 100mm to 200mm dia by rodding from one manhole to next manhole and washing with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using modular bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.[Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ]
