M & L for cutting existing GI water tubing of size 25 mm dia and fixing including necessary GI fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducer, unions etc of sutable size for inserting 25 mm dia GI tubing as required length for providing water to RO system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old Earthing pit chamber complete with all connecting accessories like plate,rod, earthing patti etc including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 50 Ltr capacity, 5 star rated water heater (Geyser) closed type, vertical wall mounting 60N/ Sq cm pressure , ISI Marked, conforming to IS-2080 (latest), ABS Outer container, stainless steel inner container, 2 year warranty and 2 meter minimum length of flexible cable with complete accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M & L Point wiring with 4 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls complete all as specified and directed for Description a for one AC point 20 Amps independent all as directed at site. Supply and fix SPN sheet metal enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB of 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Opening the geyser 25/35/50 Ltr capacity and taking out inner tank and glass wool from inside the geyser for descaling and washing with acid to remove the scale, dirt etc if any and re-fixing the same after re-assemble into the geyser and proper filling of glass wool around inner tank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass wool will be paid separately under respective item of BOQ as 'supply only'.

Supply only glass wool for geyser of any capacity & solar water heater complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
