Material and labour for comprehensive maintenance/ repair and servicing of two electrically operated passenger lifts of capacity 08 passengers with a speed of 1.5/ 1.0 mtrs/ sec to served with 08 landings (G + 7 upper floors) installed at Athithi Officer OTM Complex complete comprising with spare parts if found defective such as speed governer complete, speed governer rope, pulley, bearing, coils all controller PCBs bushes break resistores, cockers, filters, fuse, relays limit switches, tension pulley/ parts door operator VVVF, car door safety device, all parts of car, landing header, door shoe, all buttons, displays, indicators, LCD, VFD, car safety system display cover, button caps, connectors main belt drive all small machine and motor parts like bearing, bush, oil seal break coil solenoids breake shoe, liners, contactors, step roller, safety switches, magnetic switches, key switches light fictures, ceiling lights bulb/ tubes, cabin fan, lubricants, break oil etc are included in the quoted rate to provide smooth trouble free service to the users of 7 x 24 hours including sunday/ holiday by lift OEM or their authorised rep, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes for item, No. 1 to 17 (a) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift ie M/S ESCON ELEVATORS or their authorised agency. (b) The contractor shall enter into an MOU (Memorandum of understanding) with the OEM or their authorised agency for maintenance of the Lift. The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of GE (NS) before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA (c) The parts shall be genuine and from original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) and shall be as approved by GE. (d) All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclosure, opening doors, jamps, cills, etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust, stains, etc with suitable solution. The contractor shall also clean and properly maintain machine rooms, machineries and lift well as directed by EIC. The rates quoted for respective items shall be deemed to include for the same. (e) Any breakdown/complaints shall be attend and rectify within 6 hrs. If the complaint is not attended and repaired within 24 hrs, penalty of Rs 2000/- per day will be charged. (f) The rates quoted for above item shall be included for replacement of any minor spares, consumables, accessories like fan, light/cabin light, emergency alarm and all other connected items becoming unserviceable during the period and nothing extra shall be allowed. (g) Major spare parts if any found defective during the period of contract/ to be replaced as catered here in after shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. (h) The contractor is responsible to carried out periodical routine check up (Monthly/ Quarterly) through OEM (Once in a month) or as per the direction of Engr- in - charge to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of the lifts in all respect ( each month will be consider as 01 Job) (j) The contractor is responsible to clean/empty the water from the pit with necessary equipments and make the lift functional (if water found filled in the pit during the rainy season). The rate for the same is deemed to include in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of main steel rope of existing size ,ungalvanised 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, nuts and bolts and washers etc suitable for 8/13/15/16 passenger 2000 Kgs capacity lift with 4/5/6/7/9 landings installed at Naval Base Kochi complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of car header only suitable for 800mm centre opening suitable for 8/13/15/16 passenger 2000 Kgs capacity lift with 4/5/6/7/9 landings installed at Naval Base Kochi complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only replacement of ARD batteries 12 volts/18 AH for 8/13/15/16/2000 Kg lifts complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for item No. 18 to 30 : (i) Any civil work required for finishing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for entire schedule. (ii) Major repairs will be carried out on pre inspection of rep of IEM
