Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc., in all type of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 of mord specification.

Cleaning, Dressing and labling of Switch yard and carry out from yard to out side.

Providing & Fixing of 70 W LED Light.

Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor), connecting the same with G.I. Strip (to be supplied by contractor ) of size 35x6 mm for a minimum lenght 6 m. treatment of soil with highly condctive substance as per I S 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded in M.B. before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron etc in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel ,bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Painting of Isolator / LA/CT/Structure complete.

Digging of trench of size 0.60x0.15 x 1.5 mtr. and laying of underground 11 KV XLPE cable with making of brick housing and filling of sand including filling of earth with ramming & repairing of road including cost of cement sand and stone blast.

Digging of trench of size 0.60x0.15 x 1.5 mtr. and laying of underground 33 KV XLPE cable with making of brick housing and filling of sand including filling of earth with ramming & repairing of road including cost of cement sand and stone blast.

Cement Plaster on side walls in 1:4 ratio on DTR Plinth.

Jointing and fixing of cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable boxes.

Jointing and fixing of cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor 33 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable boxes.

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle from Store Center to nearest construction site Store including loading and unloading at both ends(distance 21-50 Km)

Cartage of the feeder panels(O/D),T/F Control panel from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points.(Distance 21-50 Km)

Cartage of 12.5 MVA Power transformer by road (loading/unloading/shifting to be charged extra) (21-50 KM)

Head load cartage of small material (distance 0-1 Km)

Dismantling of Fencing and Gate of S/S including fabrication cutting and welding works at 33/11 KV Sub Station

Loading of 12.5 MVA Transformer in Vehicle.

Unloading of 12.5 MVA Transformer at Sub Station complete.

Erection of 12.5 MVA T/F at transformer plinth & erection of all accessories i.e. radiators, conservator tank, vent pipee etc. , with the help of special type of T&P / crane etc. fitting cable etc. and refilling the fresh oil in radiator and conservator.

Re-erection of fencing and gate complete all work.

Grouting of structure in CC 1:3:6 in size (2x1.1x0.3x0.3) mtr.

Installation of 33 KV CT with all connections

Erection of 11 KV VCB ( O/G or B/C or I/C ) Panel in all respect, making connection, testing etc in all respect at erection site.

Erection of 33 KV control panel ( feeder /transformer) in all respect, making connection complete including testing and commissioning.

Service of Hydra Machine for Lines and Transformer related work because of busy traffic in Town area for safety purpose.

Opening of Busbar Conductor and Other yard jumper and Fixing clamp

Cartage of 11 KV XLPE Cable 0-20 Km.

Head load cartage of 33 KV VCB

Laying of Control cable of all sizes through trench, proper connection at both ends outside in switchyard equipments and inside control room in VCB, control and relay Panels with proper marking, lugs , labelling and ferrules etc

Cartage of 11 KV VCB I/C

Erection of 11 KV VCB I/C as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Head Load Cartage of 11 KV VCB I/C

Foundation work at base PCC (1:4:8) with dimensions (2.6x2.6x.1m=0.678 cubm) and RCC work for 16 Mtr high mast pedestal using 8mm, 10mm, 12mm steel bars with dimensions (0.9x0.9x1.4m +2.4x2.4x.3m= 2.86 cum)

Erection of Bus Isolator Structure with Instalation.

Laying Earth Mate with Earthing ROD and GI Strip.

Fixing of E.S.E. in the yard of sub-station with grouting of high mast pole, connecting with copper cable from lightning arrestor to earth pit in direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete work in all respect.

Errection of 33KV VCB 1250A-3P O/D PANNEL

Errection of Insulator for C Pannel BUS BAR.

Filling of Fresh oil in Power T/F

Supply and fixing of oil temperature and winding temperature meter of reputed make.
