S&F in repair 25mm bore 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including taking down old pipe omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 100 mm size cast iron sluice valve, long body type of pressure rating PN-1.6 with stainless steel spindle, both end flanged, ISI marked complete with cast iron wheel, nut, bolt, washer, rubber packing etc., confirming to IS-14846-2000 including taking down old valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 150 mm size cast iron sluice valve, long body type of pressure rating PN-1.6 with stainless steel spindle, both end flanged, ISI marked complete with cast iron wheel, nut, bolt, washer, rubber packing etc., confirming to IS-14846-2000 including taking down old valve complete.

Supply and fix in repair Automatic starter in SS enclosure suitable for single phase submersible motor of capacity 2 HP with complete connection.

Material and labour for Rewinding of monoblock centrifugal pump set 1 HP capacity of booster pump by cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper winding ,cleaning of slots and rewinding with super enamelled solid copper conductor (winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, opening and fixing in the same position ,and testing of motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out submersible pump set of any capacity from the tube well lowered at the depth of 130 mtrs from the ground level along with taking out GI / HDPE Pipes & 2 run of flat submersible cable after disconnecting electrical and outlet connection , lowering the same pump after repairing / servicing along with HDPE Pipe and electric cable including fixing of cable to pipe with PVC strip , replacement of clamps and mild steel bolts, nuts and washers, casing caping bell cap etc, connecting electrical connection and delivery pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: (i) Repair/servicing of submersible pump & motor will be measured and paid separately under this schedule.

M&L for repairing / servicing/rewinding of 17.5 HP capacity submersible motor multistage by dismantling the pump ,replacing the worn out bearings 02 Nos.,Bush 01 No., Stage bushing 01 No. Sleeves 01 No. Oil Sleeve 01 No.,Non Return Valve 01 No., Stainless steel filter cage 01 No. etc and malting of pump shaft including grinding and polishing ,reassembling the pump and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rewinding of open well nonclog submersible pump set of capacity range 20-30 HP by cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper winding ,cleaning of slots and rewinding with super enamelled solid copper conductor (winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, ovening and fixing in the same position ,and testing of motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of existing monoblock submersible pump set of capacity 10 HP from dismantling the pump ,rewinding,replacing the worn out bearings 02 Nos.,Bush 01 No., Stage bushing 01 No. Sleeves 01 No. Oil Sleeve 01 No. etc and matling of pump shaft including grinding and polishing ,reassembling the pump and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix submersible pump cable flat , PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multistranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volt grade & connecting complete including taking down unserviceable cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of overhead water tank of capacity 5,000 Gallons by removing sludge, mud or any other foreign material from the bottom and internal surface of tank by wire brushing, cleaning with fresh water, bailing out complete water with pump sets, washing of internal surface with sufficient quantity of........

.........water & bleaching powder (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1 litre water), finally applying two coats of lime washing on entire internal surface, writing the date of cleaning and capacity of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Periodical Preventive maintenance / servicing of solar water heater, glass tube collector / Flat plate collector system , storage type with electrical backup of capacity 100 - 500 litres, as per manufacturer instruction comprising of the following works at different locations at 77SU AFS Samana.

(a) Complete cleaning of solar system, removing of dirt dust etc. (b) Cleaning of heating surface glass with glass cleaning solution. (c) Opening of cold & hot water connection draining out deposited water removing of mud turbidity etc & cleaning with fresh water. (d) Checking of Non return valve, Electrical backup system & sacrificial anode & tighten the connection. (e) Checking of glass holding tube joint & rectification of leakage. (f) Replacement of unserviceable spare part.

Note:- (i) Preventive maintenance shall be carried out 2 times in a year (at the interval of 6 months approx) & shall be measured as one unit for payment. (ii) Unserviceable spares parts will be measured & paid separately as supply only. (iii) Work shall be executed through Authorised service technician of Tata Solar BP / Delta. (iv) Contractor shall submit the documentary evidence of Authorised service technician for the approval of GE before commencement of work. (v) Contractor shall submit certificate for every month, to Engineer-in-Charge, obtain from Authorised service centre that work has been executed by them. (vi) Above said certificate shall be endorsed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair solar water heater storage tank only of capacity 200 LPD and fixed in its position along with removal of old one and connecting with its inlet and outlet pipe of solar heating panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of man power for Collecting the sample of water from different point such as under ground sump , over head tank , open well, bore well and testing of water from reputed Govt laboratory for iron contain, PH value, Hardness, turbidity, chloride, fluoride and submitting the test report to Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Testing of water shall be carried out two times during currency of contract with interval of 6 month (approx.) one time testing shall be measured as one Unit (Each Job) for payment.

Deployment of man power for Collecting the sample of water from different point such as under ground sump , over head tank , open well, bore well and testing of water from reputed Govt laboratory for bacteriological test including arsenic test and submitting the test report to Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Testing of water shall be carried out every 6 months during currency of contract and one time testing shall be measured as one Unit (Each Job) for payment.

Surface cleaning / dressing by removing the roots completely from the earth, shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, pruning of small branches of tree, weeds in soft loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. Note:- This item shall be executed for cleaning of surrounding area of various E&M installation.

M&L for dismantling, taking out choke up radiator assembly, of 25 KVA DG Set, de-scaling, cleaning of fan and cooling coil fins including soldering / brazing at the leakage point re-fixing radiator assembly after repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling, taking out choke up radiator assembly, of 50 KVA DG Set, de-scaling, cleaning of fan and cooling coil fins including soldering / brazing at the leakage point re-fixing radiator assembly after repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted exposed surface of DG set of capacity 25 to 63 KVA by removing dust, dirt, oil, grease etc & and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour by using the air pressure spray gun machine, writing SM/ MES No to DG sets with white paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair lead acid battery 12 V 180 AH with initial charging, fixing & connecting, at site of DG set including taking out old battery all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 , type PCC cement concrete type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base /path/flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing/rewinding of bore well submersible pump multistage of capacity 20 HP with changing its bush , shaft, clamp and necessary grinding required in impeller to make it in good running position along with its gland and necessary fixtures complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing/rewinding of open well submersible pump of capacity 30 HP with changing its bush ,clamp and necessary grinding required in impeller to make it in good running position along with its gland and necessary fixtures complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing/rewinding of monoblock pump of capacity 17.5 HP with changing its bush , shaft, clamp and necessary grinding required in impeller to make it in good running position along with its gland and necessary fixtures complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brand name/batch number and complete particulars of manufacturer should be printed on the container/packing. Note:- Demand of this granular is given in different lot at different time during the contract period as per requirement prior notice to contractor by Engr-in-charge
