ADDITION / ALTERATION INCLUDING SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BUILDING No. P-22 Supply & fixed, CP health faucet with flexible tube upto 1 metre long fitted to European type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, roller blinds for windows UV protection, waterproof of approved colour and pattren nylon, operation unit with internal gear system and other special nylon combined with acrylic fittings with integral gear adjusting system and nylon chord with double ball chain and synthetic / Dol by Jacque of choice colour fabric, with quality component for extra maintenance free operations including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Making hole and fixing metallic packer for injecting hydrophobic Pufoam and sealer as per manufactures instruction (Avg I metallic packer per sqm) complete all as specified and directed. Make: STP, Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent.

M&L for CORESEAL 357 A / CORESEAL 357 CAT (foaming agent) for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatmentusing construction chemical methods such as 1) HYDROPHOBIC PU GROUTING including cleaning of surface with wire brush detecting the source of leakages complete all as specified and directed. S&F, aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings, the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 asper BS 1474, including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws, anchor bolts etc, necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of FACP of micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop for minimum 200 addressable detectors and 200 addressable modules (each loop accessing minimum 99 detectors and 99 modules) fire alarm / detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire / fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further the panel must be able to automatically switch ON/OFF respective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, loop cards, LCD unit to indicate fire fault signal with address and analog output, external / inbuilt printer to log all fire / fault events complete in all respects. The panel shall have integrated fire fighters telephone command centre and it shall annunciate 10 fire fighter telephone zones through touch / key pad. The panel shall include 10 control modules for fire fighter telephone zones. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger alongwith maintenance free 7AH, 2 x 12 Volt SMF lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 2 hours with battery charger complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of intelligent, active, repeater panel with minimum 80 character LCD display charger. The panel shall have feature for annunciation of all alarm and fault situations & loop resetting facility alongwith maintenance free battery 7AH, 1x12V for backup up to 2 Hrs complete all as specified and directed near main gate.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of detectors complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type muiltisensor detectors with heat and smoke combination complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Loop Isolator Module, isolates against short circuits, providing approx after 20 detectors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(t) Counter weight shall be cast iron or as recommended by OEM. Note: (i) The contractor shall submit the drawings at the time of sample approval of 8 passengers lift, data, design calculations, technical specification for approval of Accepting Officer. (ii) All system controls and devices as per standards codes, acts of lifts safety normsshall deemed to be included in quoted rate. The cost effect of testing and obtaining statutary certificate from lift inspector before commisioning by department shall deemed to be included in the rate contract.

(iii) The lift shall be taken over by the department only after producing the clearance from authorised lift inspector by bidder. The bidder has to consider this element while quoting the rates and no extra claim if any shall be entertained at a later stage. (iv) The contractor shall note that the defect liability period will be one year from the certified date of completion and during this period the lift shall be kept functional serviceable all the time and all consummable items shall also be provided by the contractor for satisafactory running of the lift. (v) Car and slide doors shall be made from SS 304 grade. (vi) Earthing and earth strip will be measured and paid separately.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply install, testing & commisioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient DC scroll compressors with all inverter type compressor(s) only, special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, R410a Refrigerent, auto address setting and the equipment should deliver 100% capacity at 40 degree celcius ambient with out any deration. The equipment shall be flexible for operation at a voltage range of 320V-460V. Working Temperature upto 56 degree celcius.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete aincluding removal of old unserviceable earth earth plates all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cable route indicator fabricated from 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron 450mm long, rivetted or welded with 100mm dia CI or MS round disc duly engraved LT cable in letters including grouted in ground with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable LT cable of any size and type from the existing location after disconnecting electrical connection complete all as speciified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
