A-(SUPPLY Items)
Supply of basic material to construct unit maintenance free earth as per RDSO Specs. No RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No. RSDO/RDSO/E&B/001 dtd.19.09.08 . It consist offollowing: (a) Copper bonded steel electrode of 3.0 m long, 17.2 mm dia with copper bonding thickness of minimum macrons and UL listed and marked = 1 no. (b) Earth enhancement material supplied in sealed bags of minimum 10kg = 3 nos. © Copper strip of 1 150x25x6 mm, to terminate earth rod = 1 no. (d) Copper strip of 300x25x6 mm (MEEB)= 1no. (e) Copper strip of 150x25x6mm (SEEB) = 1 no.(ii) Supply of 35 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as perIS: 694 for connecting main earth electrode to MEEB in the equipment room in duplicate. (minimum 10 meter) (iii) Supply of 16 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting MEEB to SEEB and SPD to MEEB (minimum 10 meter) (iv) Supply of 10 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting various equipments to SEEB (v) Supply of copper lug sleeve for 3/16 cable.
Supply of Flexible cable (Power wire), multi-strand copper conductors cross section 2 (1x16Sq.mm).101 Conductors each diameter 0.45 +/- 0.01 as per IS 694/2010 with insulation thickness of 1.2mm nominal conductor resistance 1.127 Ohms/Km and test parameters as per IRS(S) 76/89 or latest.
Supply of Type-I VMS Server for Video Management, Video Recording with Redundancy along with all accessories required for installation purpose and as per Technical Specification.
Supply of Storage System at RPF Thana/Post sites for recording of cameras from cluster of stations. Storage per TB (Including Card & All accessories).

Supply of PVC INSULATED ARMOURED, UNSCREENED UNDERGROUND ALLUMINIUM CONDUCTOR RAILWAY POWER CABLE AS PER RDSO SPECIFICATION IRS- S:63/2014 Rev.4 & IS:1554 PART-I. SIZE: 2 CORE X 25 SQMM.
Supply of Fibre Distribution Management System (FDMS)/LIU for 12 Fiber, complete with all accessories with patch cord & pigtail as per TEC Spec. GR/FDM/01/02 April' 2007 or latest. This include supply of installation accessories as per technical specification.
Supply of Permanently Lubricated (PLB) High- density polyethylene (HDPE) Telecom 12 duct for use as underground cable conduits - 40/33 mm as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 Rev.2.0 Amnd 2 or latest, along with all accessories like end caps, collars, bends, couplers, etc.

Supply of Galvanized Iron Hot dipped Power Coated Perforated Type Cable TRAY, Size W-100 mm, H- 50 mm, 1.5 mm thick. Tray Material Specification should be as per EN ISO 1461.
Supply of Online UPS of Rating 2.0 KVA With Battery of Backup Time 120 Minutes Make: APC/Luminous /Microtek and as per Technical Specification.
Supply of 6 meter Pole (Tripod /guy_ support at Stn/OFC hut ) with Box for datacom equipment.

B-(EXECUTION & SUPPLY-EXECUTION Items)
Installation of Unit Maintenance Free Earth as supplied. It includes ( i ) Digging the earth to the required depth. (ii) Insertion of electrode. (iii) Filling of earth enhancing compound (Approx.30 Kg) (iv) Provision of exothermic weld connections to copper tape of 25 mm x 6mm x 150 mm to the earth electrodes. All material tools and features required for weld will be arranged by contractor. (v) This also includes CC cover 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft. 1 ft wall thickness 2 inch with cover 3 inch thickness. Cables 35 Sqmm/ 16 Sq mm/10 sq mm for connecting earth to busbar, busbar to busbar and busbars to various equipments. Earth electrode of 17.20 mm dia and 3.00 meter long high 1 tensile low carbon steel circular rods molecularly bonded with copper and outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns to made requirement of under writer's laboratories (UL) 467-2007 or latest. Copper strips of 150 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm to be welded with each earth electrode, copper strips of 300mm x 25 mm x 6 mm for main equip- potential busbar, copper strips of 150mm x 25 mm x 6mm sub equip-potential busbar in OFC Hut, Relay Room, power room and panel room. GI strip 25 mm x2 mm for ring formation of earth pits Earth enhancement material in bags for each Earth Electrode. Inspection chamber of site 300 mm x 300 mm x300 mm (Inside dimension) of approximate 50 mm thick with pulling hooks to cover the earth pits. Note: The installation of this item shall be carried out by the contractor as per RDSO Specn. No. RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No. RSDO/RDSO/E&B/001 o rlatest.
Laying of S&T Cables of various cores/ pairs/ quads in trenches/ GI pipes/ RCC pipes/ DWC pipes/ Trucking. This also includes laying of cables in track crossings & road crossings. Item 2 includes provision of labels of colored plastic adhesive tapes or any other identifiable material on each cable to give the cable number at each G.P.(Cables will be daggered before and after its laying by contractor under supervision of Railway Representative and he will submit the meggering report of each testing). Length of the cable laid includes the length of the cable coiled for termination purposes. NOTE: The unit may be read as "RM".
Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1 Mtr. deep and of 0.3 Mtr. to 0.6 Mtr wide advised by Engineer-in-charge alongside the track in normal (all type) soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling. This work includes clearing of route 3 from bushes etc., covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately before covering by bricks. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Western Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case 1m depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, specific approval of JA grade officer will be required for each site where trench depth of 1m is not possible. Without the approval of JA Grade officer, no payment for trenching will be made for trench depth less than 1m.
Horizontal direction drilling/boring without damage of surface road using Auger Machine/Manual. The bore shall be 150 mm dia & shall be done at the depth of minimum 1200 mm from the ground level. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of 4 the road. The length of the bore shall be minimum 4 Mtrs long. this include insertion of different dia DWC pipe/ GI pipes, coupling etc. as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note:- Pipe will be supplied by railway. Contactor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damaged due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Digital key board (joystick) compatible with PTZ cameras as per RDSO spec. No: RDSO/SPN/TC/ 65/2021 Rev 6.0 with amendment-1 or latest.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VMS Server for Video Management, Video Recording, Video Analytics with Redundancy.
Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of PC Workstation for Viewing cameras 8 in multi screen mode, Monitoring and System management and 4K UHD LED Monitor of 24 inch size along with 2 HDMI PORT in graphic card including all required licensed softwares for VSS (like OS, MS Office, Anti-virus with 03 years subscription), multifunction device for documentation, accommodate PC workstation & monitor with all accessories, spike buster (minimum 5 nos. 6A points with fuse), SOOVA UPS, Mounting Rack and other required materials as per RDSO spec. No: RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Rev6.0 with amendment-1 or latest Clause No. 11.0.
Splicing of fibers of OFC Cable and making Splice joint with contractor's own splicing machine and tools, and consumables. Testing should be done by contractor's engineer with his own OTDR and optic loss test set with railway engineer.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of rack-mountable 12-port loaded LIU. All the accessories and fixing materials required for this installation are to be supplied by the contractor within the same cost .
Blowing of OFC through HDPE duct & protective work (elicited in above item) already provided. Where it is not feasible to blow OFC due to curves, road/track crossings, bridges or for any other reason, OFC shall be drawn or laid manually as per standard procedure. All the equipments and machinery required shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Blowing/Laying shall be 11 started from one end and each drum laying shall be monitored after blowing/laying and before leaving the site. Trace/cable parameters for all the fiber/conductors shall be taken from one central location by contractor's engineer with his own OTDR optic talk set/measuring equipments with railway engineer, trace/cable parameters for the fibers/conductors shall be taken on papers and signed jointly, if any fiber / conductors shows high loss event, the same shall be rectified before completion of work.
Laying of HDPE pipe as per approved cable route plan in the excavated trench, taking due care while transporting and laying the same in the trenches or other protective works. Both the end of duct should be sealed.
Wiring, drawing, fixing, laying and clipping of all telecom cable/PVC Power cable in PVC pipe/duct/casing caping with complete fitting as per the instruction of site Engineer.
Fixing of tray for housing all type of telecom cable. (All accessories required for fixing of tray is to be provided by the contractor).
Cutting of the platform surface (Tile/Slab) for a depth of 25cm and a width of 10cms 15 and refilling/ Reconditioning/ Concerting/ Repairing the platform after and cable. Cutting should be done with marble cutting machine in proper manner and restore the same as before in such a manner that aesthetic of the platform is not disturbed.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of software (per camera basis) for video management and video recording with license as per RDSO spec. No: RDSO/SPN/TC/ 65/2021 Rev 6.0 with amendment-1 or latest.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Graphical User Interface based Client software (per workstation basis) for work station as per RDSO spec. No: RDSO/SPN/TC/ 65/2021 Rev 6.0 with amendment-1 or latest.
Erection/Fixing and Installation of Poles including RCC work, depth as per site requirement.
Supply & Installation of Weatherproof IP65/67 rated Location Box with all accessories as per technical specification.
