Material and Labour Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed riddles soil in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning in before laying of cable 8cm and 15 cm after laying the cable and punned to a thickness of 18 cm thick. Punned thickness only will be measured for purpose of payment.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fix Ward vacuum unit (4 Digit CE Marked) with vacuum regulator Should be fitted with vacuum gauge and it also shows flow rate.It Should also have overflow safty trap.It Should also have emergency on / off lever and fine adjustment valve for regulator. This system Should be supplied with pre fitted color coded gauge having dial size 50mm and vacuum 0 to 760 mm / hg and supplied with all the inter connectiong tube. The Jar is made out of Poly carbonate Clear material, duly graduated having autoclave properties upto 120 °C, the capacity of jar is 600ML.

Supply and Fix Gas Terminal Unit (4 Digit CE Marked) made out of hard Polycarbonate material with pressure injection molding process. The Base Plate, Upper Plate & Holder should be made out of above material only. The main housing should be made out of 25 mm or above size brass casting with fine machinery. 12 mm dia medical grade 150 mm long copper tube should be fixed with housing. There should be Nilon/Teflon 'O' ring and stainless steel ball to act as NRV. The gas terminal unit should be capable of single hand working and must have online servicing facility. It should have double lock facility.The Prob/Adopter should be non-inter changeable for specific gas and box should be colour coded as per specific gas with following specifications :- a. It should be front insertion type. b. Terminal unit Should have mechanism with check valve. C. Allow single hand operation. D. On first insertion of probe the probe shall sit in housing as standby position. At this stage there shall be no gas flow. E. Only on pressing the probe second time, the gas supply Should start. F. This Should close automatically when connected apparatus is removed. - G. For allowing on line maintenance the terminal unit Should be equipped with a check valve for all positive pressure gases for closing gas supply whenever the outlet point is opened. H. The outlet Should be non interchangeable for specific gas and it Should accept only correct medical gas adopter/Probe. I. It Should be color coded as per HTM 2022 & BSEN 7396 Part 1(2007) J. The design of this outlet Should be compatible to installed vertical on valve horizontally on ICCU panel and area servicing unit and also vertical to fit in pendants. K.
