Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins ,arches,pillar etc but exclufing ashlar facing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (12.5 mm graded stone aggs) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for old size Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in, Cement morter (1:4),complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pipe etc and n.exc 10Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth for manhole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in soil (any type) incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factorymade chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in in sub base finish even and rough to receive to top layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
