PART (A). Maintenance of CCRs: Job contract for operation and Annual Maintenance of around 21 Nos. NASU & Youyang make Constant Current Regulators (CCRs) by deploying adequate manpower deploying adequate manpower on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays and carry out preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints / faults /breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition and replacement of defective parts, maintaining all records and documentation, as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. Maintenance of Sign Boards: Job contract for Operation and Annual Maintenance of Runway and Taxiway Mandatory/Information guidance Signage boards (approx 150 nos of different sizes LED & Fluoroscent tube light illuminated signages located at different locations ) , Road holding Lights, Portable Obstruction Lights etc. by deploying adequate manpower and vehicle with driver and fuel for transportation on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays, preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints / faults / breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition and replacement of all spares e.g. Converter,LED tubelight, LED strips, all other electronic spares etc., maintaining all records and documentation etc., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. Note: The contractor needs to deploy the following minimum manpower for maintenance of signages. 1) Skilled Manpower - 2 Nos. (1 each in B and C shift) 2) Unskilled manpower - 2 Nos.(1 each in B and C shift) 3) Highly Skilled Manpower (Computer Operator)- 01 No. (in General Shift).

PART (C). Maintenance of Perimter Road & wall Lighting and High Mast lighting installations. Job contract for Operation and Annual Maintenance of 10 nos. (approx.) Apron Flood Light (AFL) masts of various heights with its panel etc. and complete Perimeter Road and Perimeter Wall Lighting System (approx. 1227 light fittings) and Watch Tower lightings for 20 nos watch towers, including Feeder Pillars and 02 nos portable light masts etc., by deploying adequate manpower in three shifts on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays, preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition and replacement of all minor defective spares like wire, control cable, connectors, obstruction lights etc. and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of AFL masts and Perimeter road & wall lighting system, taking lux level measurement, maintaining all records and documentation etc as per PVM schedule., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. The contractor needs to deploy the following minimum manpower 1. Supervisor (Highly skilled) - 1 No. (in General shift), 2. Skilled Manpower - 03 No.( 1 in each shift) and 3. Unskilled manpower - 06 Nos. (2 in each shift.) 4. Highly Skilled manpower (Computer Operator) - 01 No. (in General Shift).
