Design, supply, installation, construction, laying on pile foundation and connecting MS Raw water Rising Main of 1600 mm diameter and 12 mm thick along with necessary supporting arrangement over piles and pedestals from the Southern side of Korunamoyee Bridge, Tollygunge to Northern Side of Masterda Surya Sen Metro Station (Chainage 10610 m to 12910 m) including 02(Two) nos. of Trestle Bridge along with complete Defect Liability Period (DLP) for 60 months after completion of work under AMRUT on Turnkey basis.

Supply of MS Raw Water Pipes including bending and other specials for curvature portions at working sites with proper epoxy resin primer and epoxy resin paintings as specified

Survey work and preparation of working alignment of pipeline and points of piles

Soil exploration for pile foundation according to relevant IS:Codes for the entire stretch of pipeline at suitable intervals and on both sides of trestle bridges.

Design of minimum 750 mm diameter pile foundation and other RCC components; hydraulic & structural design of MS pipe and trestle bridges.

Vetting of all designs and drawings and submission to Department for approval

Clearance of sites and preparation of working sites

Driving of piles upto founding level with necessary MS liner along the approved alignment of pipeline as per instruction of tender documents and construction of RCC padestals on the piles all complete

Laying of entire continuous stretch of MS pipes over the pedestals including all necessary bends, specials and other jointing components all complete within battery limits, and providing proper anchorage with the RCC padestal and providng final epoxy resin paint coating all complete.

Testing of MS pipes and all other MS & RCC components and cleaning of pipe as per tender documents

Construction of MS superstructures of the trestle bridges including epoxy resin paintings and other treatments all complete over the RCC piles and substructures; and laying & anchoring of MS pipes over the bridges and providing final epoxy resin paint coating all complete.

Repairing and reconstruction of canal banks and other structures disturbed and demolished during construction period and removal of rubbish and clearing the working site.

Suppying, fitting, fixing of 200 mm diameter CI/DI air valve and 200 mm diameter sluice valve

Supplying, fitting, fixing of 300 mm diameter MS washout pipe with 300 mm diameter sluice valves and flanged blank.
