Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick HDHMR board of make, Century, Action Tesa, Greenply with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing & fixing AC 5 12mm laminated wooden flooring i/c skirting and profile whenever required of make Defloor,greenlam, Action Tesa, quick step, Deck made from high density fibre board having density 900 kg/m? or more, core board based of dome technology in 12mm thickness, made from lignocellulose material-specifically "plantation timbers" like eucalyptus manufactured with homogeneous core, the flooring shall be tropicalized with an anti-bacterial surface with dimensional stability and laminated with melamine formaldehyde impregnated European made décor paper (70-120gsm) duly overplayed with an anti-abrasion layer of aluminium oxide impregnated tissue (55,65,85 gsm) in AC5 6500 abrasion cycle ) plank size 193 × 1214. the product shall have an isometric locking profile made from a 5 spindled profiling head. the locking profile shall be wax coated to prevent moisture seepage. the laminate flooring shall to be fixed on a base of 2mm thick layer of PU foam having a density of 24kg/m3. the bare floor shall be Ist covered with PE sheet having a thickness of 0.2mm as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to 1S:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. a)Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish of size b)Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Providing and inserting 50 mm thick Glass Wool between Aluminium section to make the partition noise resistant, all complete as direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick HDHMR board of make, Century, Action Tesa, Greenply with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing & Fixing Fire retardant decorative high pressure laminated sheet of make Ventura (Beton series), Marino, century of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS :2046 including the cost of adhesive of approved quality. a)1.0 mm thick (Note:- Laminate to be pasted over the HDHMR board with CNC cutting at the factory in all shapes and size,( rates include pasting and CNC cutting )

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with : a)Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in th sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)

Painting the grooves with enamel paint upto 10 mm width and 13 mm depth in wooddwork in all colors and shades i/c covering of side panel with the paper and masking tape, grinding the grooves, applying priming coat and and removing the masking tape and paper after completion of work, all completeas per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation Composite Acoustic Panels of make ecotone,Gyptech or equivalent, made of acoustic polyester fiber pad pasted on HDHMR boards by rubber based adhesive for rigid fixation. Total thickness of the Acoustic panel will be 25 mm and having Square Edge/ V Groove/ Liner Groove Size 3.2mm at an interval of 28/62 mm c/c or as per acoustic design/Architects approval. The Grooved Composite Panel of size 575x2420mm/605x2420mm with a perforated pattern on its back hole dia 08/10 mm or as per Acoustic Design all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. a) Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red b)Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing H type stainless steel pull handles of 32 mm dia and 600 mm long of required wall thickness of approved design and make of Godrej,Ozone,Dorma with necessary SS screws and/or long bolts and cap for fixing as per approved design all complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel lock of required size of make Ranbo, EBCO,VICTAC suitable for 8 mm to 12 mm thick glass door in all shape and color complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing self adhesive glass film of approved color and design, all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: a)30 mm thick including 1SI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing WPC fluited panels (Louvers) 4 mm thick in all shapes, sizes and colors of make Ventura, Marino or equivalent pasted over the board, all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
