SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete as in ground floors, lintel, plinth beam ,pillar ,RCC jalli etc including removing out of the MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs,coocking slab,shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4(Note : Reinforce shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hoping ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified

Demolition of P.C.C. of any description as in bed of drain, ground floor or pavings etc n-exc 15cm thick below or above the ground level including removing out of the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L P.C.C. 1:3:6 type C2 (with using 40mm graded shingle) as in bed of drain including forming channels complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (with using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in benching to drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4 )(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb , coping, benching ,coving rounded or chamfered edges,hold fast block, , etc complete as directed.
