Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made M-40 grade, 80 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally clean the surface with air compressor through air jet to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of paving bitumen primer of grade VG-30 at the rate of 05 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for providing, laying, spreading premix bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous macadam in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading by means of mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness) with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and Vibromax roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note: For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 4% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 4% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder. Job mix formula of premix bituminous macadam shall be approved by GE.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep for repairing road cuts & broken edges of road complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), blinded with screening of hard stone of grading ‘A’, spread, watered and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, hollows made up to form true surface and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
