Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Including 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, ISI marked, fixed to snap grid frame work 605x605mm as in ceiling, flat or slopy as per manufacturer's instructions, complet all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete,all as specified.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt etc., uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used.

All as per item No. 08. above but except stone. Note:- Old stone obtained against demolition shall be used.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC 3% weight of cement, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Marble 14 to 16mm thick, green marble, (table rubbed and polished) as in floor, kitchen cooking platform /shelf and verticle surfaces duly machine cut in skirting /dado and like laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade green marble type, all as specifiedand directed.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250/450x300x7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), reinforced, complete, all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns infloors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete M-20, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 176- of MES SSR 2020 Part-II.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per draqing specified and directed.

Steel window 1.25mm thick box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60mmx25mm single rebated comprises gauged, glazed skelton shutter ERW Sec 50mmx20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consiting two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 30mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick required no of each window, steel duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on prepared surfaces) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing including following fitting welded to frame shutter:- (i) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. (ii) Handle of Z section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long -1 No per leaf. (iii) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 2 No per leaf(iv) Z section 20mm x25mm, 100 long stopper - 1 No per leaf.(v) Cleat 65mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x 63mm welded to hinge -1 No per leaf.
